I’ve been keeping fish for over 10years now. I am constantly changing my setup with either new scapes, new equipment, both salt and fresh and through those years I have used many different suctions cups for various needs. Some suction cups have fared better than others and some don’t make past a week before hardening, changing colors and failing. I splurged on what I consider to be very expensive suction cups but can tell immediately that these are very good. As soon as I first touched them, they felt different. They stick immediately and do not move. I use them to suspend 2 pieces of drift wood in my 50g tank that are quite heavy. I could never get this to work for any length of time till I got these. Fluval makes high end packaged products and these are no different. Worth every penny. I wish more sizes and attachments were available as I would overhaul everything to these. If you are looking for large black suction cups to hold heavy items, than look no further. It’s been about a month now, i will update if and when they fail. ... show more
