This works really well to keep the orange biofilm from building up in my chicken waterers. I do change the water every 3-4 days but before I started using this product the water was already starting to get slimy at that point. I have not had that problem since starting to use this product. I cleaned the bowls about 4 days ago added fresh water and a capful of the water shield. I added water as needed it was still fairly fresh when I changed it today Now if we could keep the little pains out of it it would be a perfect world 😆

Especially good in the summer when he causes the water and vitamin additives to go bad quickly but I'm also using it now during the winter when the water temperature fluctuates a lot

We tried everything to keep our chicken waterer from growing mold, mildew, and nasty film, nothing worked including ACV and cleaning 3x week. This keeps the water clean for almost 2 weeks until the water runs out.

Got this for my chicken waterers. I have 2~ 6 gallon waterers so I don't need to change the water every day. When I DID empty and clean them out, they weren't slimy or smelly. I definitely will buy again.

Had to revise my last review. I dropped it form 5 stars down to 3 stars. Bran new tank and had to add 6 times the amount required on bottle and it still grew green mold inside tank. Just not as bad. I will be looking for something better or more concentrated . Ty

I use a 5 gal bucket with spouts and have fought algae build up inside and in spout cups. This works great keeps the water clear till refill time. Highly recommend
