I've purchased many of these outdoor motion lights over the years and can say this one ranks up there with the ones I've paid a lot more for, and had professionally installed. One of the features I like the most is the adjustability of the heads. They have a very nice range to position the light to fall exactly where you want. Install was easy, even if your a novice DIY type. This light has been on my house for over six months now and I have yet to see any signs of weather damage or pitting/cracking.

I’ve ordered several of these outdoor motion-sensing security lights from Amazon, from different manufacturers/brands. So far, this is the one that has worked the best – it comes the closest to similar lights I have purchased from more traditional and/or big-box retailers (all of the other brands I’ve ordered on Amazon so far have had bright lights but exhibited other issues, typically involving their sensing capabilities, time to activation/reactivation, etc.). This one has bright lights, like the others, and although it still falls somewhat short, the sensitivity of its motion-sensor comes the closest to matching our other security lights...it has so far proven to be mostly dependable in detecting motion and responding accordingly, without any reactivation/cool-down delays like we have experienced with a few other motion-sensing security lights. In picking through all the various brands, I’d recommend putting this one on your short list, based on how well it’s worked for me.

I really like this light fixture. I installed it over my deck and appreciate the ability to dim it when we are outside sitting. The install is very straightforward except the center screw was a little difficult to get threaded, it would be better if it was even a 1/4 inch longer. The lamp heads can be adjusted up, down and side to side so they point exactly where you want them. The remote makes setting up the light and adjusting the brightness and color temperature convenient.

I was not sure this light was going to be enough to light my carport, but was I wrong. This light is simple to connect and once connected you just arrange the main light then aim the outer two for extra lights where you want them. The light has more features that I thought I would ever use, but I have already played around with many of the combinations, from color temp, to brightness, to the dusk to dawn setting, and motion sensor setting. The great thing is once you have the lights aimed where you want them you can use the remote to make endless changes to the settings until you’re happy without ever having to climb up the ladder again. I already have a dusk to dawn light, so I settled on motion sensor. It only comes on a night, so if anyone comes into the carport after dark the lights come on. Great for scaring away car thieves, but it is also nice when you pull in at night to have everything is well lit when you get home. The lights are very bright (no place to hide for bad guys) but if you like you can reduce the brightness with the remote. Great light, I may order another for my backyard.

This replaced an old motion sensing light that no longer sensed motion. It was so old that as I went to adjust the lights to get to the the screw holes, the light fixtures just snapped off. Once the old one was out, I screwed the little bracket to the existing box, put on the foam gasket, hooked up the wires (push to connect, so super easy) then screwed the light to the bracket. In all it took me maybe 20 minutes, and most of that was going back down the ladder to retrieve the screws, and/or allen wrench (included) that I dropped. It is pretty bright at it's brightest, but can be adjusted both for brightness and color. You do have to use the remote control to adjust the light color and brightness, and also to select the mode you want: always on, on at night, or motion sense at night (all modes will require the wall light switch to be on). I wish there was some functionality with just the wall switch. My old one would turn on in motion sense mode, but if you flicked the wall switch off then back on, it would go to "On" mode. Would be nice to not have to go find the remote if you want to light up the driveway for an event.

Got this installed outside my garage. It comes with a remote for it's setting, so better not lose it. It has some options for on at dusk-off at dawn if you wish, but I'm staying with motion detection on. It only has options for 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute or 2 minutes that it stays on after detecting motion, yet I think I'd like a 5 or 10 minute setting better than just a minute. It Also has options for dimming the lights or changing colors, but again I'm just interested in the basic light. This has 3 lights, the ones on the sides can be adjusted to give a 180 degree spread of the lights (or keep it more in front of it), the middle main light can swing up/down for more light right under it or aiming further out. The one I replaced just kept the lights on constantly (it's motion detector failed), so seems good so far.
