Absolutely perfect match for my Garmin depth finder mount. Screw holes match up perfectly, it locks super tightly, it is very easy to adjust. I have mine mounted to the top of my accessory box on my Bonafide PWR 129. It is slick looking, looks just like original equipment. I couldn't be happier, and I will probably buy others. They make these in a 1 in and a 1.5 in ball. If you wanted to use some of the other ball mounts that are on the market, it would be a piece of cake to swap out the bottom ball and use the top.     • Great - as long as you don't overload it- it won't hold your TV!
I have a bunch of these 1-in ball mounting type plates. This one is as good or better than any of the others I have. This one is pretty universal because you can mount it to a wall or a bench or any place else and then attach a phone or tablet or anything else you want to the other side with any kind of other adapter you want. The trick with these things is that they can only hold so much weight. This size is sufficiently strong when really tight to hold a 10-in tablet but not much bigger. Obviously a cell phone is no problem. An SLR type camera would be much too heavy but a mirrorless or small digital camera would be okay as well as almost any of the sport type cameras. ... show more

Bought to mount Garmin Striker IV fish finder on my boat. Pre-drilled holes matched perfectly to my unit, and install on boat was a breeze. Note that this unit isn't very tall (5" +/-), which was just right for my situation. Pleased with quality and ease of use.

LISTING STATED IT FITS HUMMINBIRD PRODUCTS BUT IT DOESN'T, HAD TO RETURN IT FOR ONE THAT DOES. WE HAD PURCHASED IT TO BE USED WITH A 1/4X20 THREADED BALL ON AN INFLATABLE DINGHY'S BUILT IN MOUNT (FINDING THE RIGHT ONE FOR THIS WAS AN ORDEAL IN ITSELF).
