You will never get a sharp fret or bent neck in any of our Travel ukuleles. The neck surface imitates the wood pattern, to avoid a feeling of cheap plastic.
• Zero fret paired with unique bridge construction keeps the string action low and intonation on point. Since the plastic is never going to move, you will never have to deal with any additional work on the saddle.
• Rounded back construction of this uke made adding a strap button a real necessity, so that it would not slide against your chest. This uke is strung with Aquila Sugar strings.
• Headstock design is an integral part of our identity. The headstock veneer is made of linden to match the top and features Elise Ecklunds signature along with the colorful gradient of the sunset to tie the design together.

As a special edition of the well-received Flight Travel Ukulele, the Elise Ecklund Sunset Travel Ukulele features a linden wood top with an ABS body and neck. Thanks to its construction, the travel ukulele has more volume than the average soprano ukulele, while resonating better and sounding brighter. It is durable and resistant to humidity changes, the main enemies of wooden ukuleles. You will never experience a sharp fret or bent neck with any of Flight's Travel Ukuleles. The surface of the neck sports a wood pattern for a better tactile experience. A zero fret and bridge with removable saddle keep the string action low and intonation on point. Headstock design is an integral part the identity of Flight ukuleles. The headstock veneer of the TUS-EE is made of linden and matches the design of the soundboard. The geared tuners will always stay in tune, and the ukulele also comes with Aquila Sugar Strings and a single strap button on the bottom of the ukulele.
