Product arrived quickly but they did not ship the 6 legs in the same box. I have no idea why they wouldn’t ship the legs in the same box they are only 12”. They did arrive the next day. Assembly took a while and instructions are somewhat lacking but on person can assemble. The product works well and is very quiet.

I purchased this bed frame with high expectations, but the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I strongly advise potential buyers to consider the risks of receiving a defective unit that is too heavy to return. 1. Poor Quality Control & Missing Parts The unit arrived with critical parts missing, specifically the legs for the base and the batteries for the remote. Because the batteries were missing, I was unable to test the motorized functions immediately upon arrival. While customer support eventually shipped the legs after I reached out, I never received a direct response or apology regarding the delay. 2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Once the parts arrived and I fully assembled the frame, the motorized functions did not work. I have significant experience with electronics; I tripled-checked all connections, tested different power outlets, and used fresh batteries. The main board appears to be defective and is not receiving any signal. 3. The "Return Trap" The biggest issue with this product is the logistics of a return. This is a heavy, freight-sized item. Once it is assembled to test the function, it is nearly impossible to disassemble and repackage into the original box for a standard return. I am now stuck with a heavy, non-functional piece of furniture and an unresponsive support team. Conclusion: Given the missing parts and the defective motor, I cannot recommend this product. The quality control is lacking, and if you receive a bad unit, you will be left with a significant problem that is difficult to fix.

Hard to put together and arrived not working with the remote! So now we have a king sized bed frame in our living room until someone gets back with us. Supposed to be shipped programmed and ready. That’s not the case with us. Please get back with us asap. Need help. Took hours to put together and now this. Will update if and when flexispot gets backs with us for hopefully an extremely speedy resolution. Spent hours trying to get this to work. Just double flashes. Reached out support and sent a email. Hopefully they will get back asap. I hope we can get to use the bed and don’t have to continue with a king sized bed frame in the living room. Also if not will have to have the displeasure of taking apart and returning. Will update if this gets resolved quickly. They have sent the correct box hoping it works can update if everything working at that time. Update after 7 days was express sent the correct box. Everything working. Thanks!!

Super quiet sturdy bed frame. Customer service was responsive and great. I would buy it again. There are so many bed frames on the market and it was overwhelming trying to choose one but the positive reviews are what made up my mind. I feel compelled to keep the positive feedback going because of how nice this bed frame is. I put it together myself and it is totally doable. The instructions are good and I took my time and I competed it in about 1.5 hours. The bed frame is quieter than the bed frame I paid 3x as much. Love the remote. Super easy to use. I have to say the customer Service was very responsive and outstanding. I had a small issue that customer service was able to resolve and I am completely satisfied. You will be happy you chose this bed frame.
