I bought this item June 24, 2023, and received it June 29, 2023. We have used it consistently since that week. Assembly was a little challenging. I had to install a motor on the bottom side (which was super easy) and the legs, then my husband and I had to flip it over and put it into the right position before adding the mattress. The flipping over was challenging. The bed frame is heavy. And it is definitely awkward to handle once you get it flipped top side up. However, once we did that it has been very successful for us. We use the remote every day, and it has not failed us yet. Currently, we are very happy with our purchase. I intend to update this review if the motor(s) or remote fail me.

I bought this frame because I can't sleep flat due to medical issues. I have a beautiful queen size four-poster bed frame and an extra thick conventional mattress. I wanted to keep both. This frame fits perfectly inside my existing frame perfectly. I didn't even need to remove any slats. After removing the box springs, the 12" legs brought the height up to nearly what it was before. Assembly was easy but it is very heavy and it took 2-3 people to maneuver it into place. Sincing up the remote control worked perfectly. I simply could not be happier with this purchase. If you need an adjustable bedframe, look no further.

I will say there is an YouTube video on how to put together which gives an idea beforehand, just type in name of product. It is quality steel, heavy to bring into home but not difficult to flip over once assembled. The most time spent is arranging parts, cleaning area or removal of old bed, etc. It took about an hour total, again mostly unpackaging and only myself doing all. Can be done by a single male. Quiet motor, nice remote and easy to use.

I purchased these almost a year ago. I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t fall apart within months. These are actually two separate pieces - which I love. Incredibly easy and fast to set up. Mine worked great out the gate. My husbands worked at first and then became unresponsive. We contacted the customer care folks and they walked us through some trouble shooting. It didn’t work. They decided to send us a new remote, asking us to please send the old one back to them once we switched them out. The new remote arrived and they helped us with the set up again. I sent back the new remote. Both frames have been working perfectly since. Customer care was fantastic: responsive, good follow through, didn’t give up and took responsibility to make sure we got a solid functioning product. When my boys get settled I’ll definitely purchase this product from this seller again. Without hesitation.

We bought these to make our king size air bed into an adjustable. Using our two twin XL mattresses we we able to transform our bed at a fraction of the cost of a name brand adjustable air bed. We love how heavy & durable these frames are, and they do all the same positions & have most of the same features as the expensive name brand. They were pretty simple to assemble, just a bit time consuming. I think it took us about 2 hrs or so to put both together. They are sturdy & operate completely silently. We are very pleased with these. The company builds quality products.

It works great! Setup was easy and it fit perfectly with my current mattress. The height is adjustable and doesnt smell funky. Its not heavy at all. It fit snugly in the corner of the room. Just wish I knew which mattress goes best with this.

It is an extremely heavy box. I was able to put it all together, after stronger people than me helped get the box into the bedroom. (I accidentally crunched my toes a time or two--like I said, it's VERY heavy) You DO need a second person to turn it upside up though; no other option there. I love the LED lights and it seems well made... no issues so far
