Simple enough to assemble, until you get to the headrest, which comes with a bizarre bent wrench because the bolts are so hard to reach. Still might have been ok, but my bolts would not sink far enough to keep the headrest in its proper place. I actually cut myself trying to tighten them with the ridiculous tool. Beyond that, the seat is hard as a rock and doesn't tilt at all, and the back had 2 adjustments: erect and low rider. This chair is too crummy to cost $250. And they want to charge for return shipping. I'm going through my American Express Card for resolution ... show more

Absolutely love this product! All the adjustable features are great because you can really modify the chair to fit your body's needs. I have been noticing that I have so much better posture since using this chair! :) Highly recommend.
