    • Missing most of the setup.
I received only the pressure tank and nothing else. The prime driver said that was the only package and no second box. Is this a scam?

    • Easy install if replacing existing system
Plug and play, programming is the chore. You have to know your hardness level and go from there, after a few you tube search’s programming was easy.

    • New softener working great after installation
We received the softener in two different dileveries. Everything needed was supplied with the system. The plumber did a very clean install. Everything is working well. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy this system. Much cheaper doing it this way!
