Plug & Play for existing Water Softener Replacement
My softener system arrived in two packages and took me an evening to remove an existing system and install this new one. If you have a plumber you trust, this system will save you thousands on the repair that they typically charge for the same system! Our water is soft, my wife thanked me for installing, and I'm able to rest easier. I had an issue with a missing filter basket but the seller was prompt to reply and get me a replacement. Would order again (but I shouldn't need to lol).

Nicely made
Adjustment instructions for programming was poor, poor, poor. Gads, when will designers and programmers make this part of the installation easier.

Missing most of the setup.
I received only the pressure tank and nothing else. The prime driver said that was the only package and no second box. Is this a scam?

Easy install if replacing existing system
Plug and play, programming is the chore. You have to know your hardness level and go from there, after a few you tube search’s programming was easy.

New softener working great after installation
We received the softener in two different dileveries. Everything needed was supplied with the system. The plumber did a very clean install. Everything is working well. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy this system. Much cheaper doing it this way!
