Boxes arrived a little beat up (thanks, UPS) - Product was 100% fine. Crossover (part that connects the two tanks) arrived missing a critical retaining ring. I tried assembling the unit without it (mistake). Water leaked everywhere. I reached out to the company and they overnighted me the correct parts to fix my issue. Communication with the company has been A++. If you are a comptent DIY'r, you won't have any issue installing this. And if you do run into any issues, the company is right there to help you out. The meter was pre-installed on the main control. One of the O-ring on the meter was snapped and caused leaking. Bad quality control. The O-ring is not sold in local Lowe’s nor HomeDepot. I has to order it from Amazon. Will follow up once O-ring arrives. O-ring arrived. I replaced the damaged one and no more leaking. Programming is straight forward and system worked for about a hour. The display had nothing showing. Tested with multi-meter and found out the transformer is not making 24V DC to the control. Will contact Aplus Water LLC for warranty replacement part. Just made a phone call to Aplus Water LLC. Great customer service! Replacement transformer is going to be shipped out today. I will continue once it arrives. ... show more
