We bought this chair for our home office. The chrome and purple make it match the decor perfectly. The chrome metal also make the chair much sturdier than plastic. This chair is used for many hours a day and so far seems very comfortable. The waterfall design of the front edge makes helps keep the circulation in your legs flowing. If you've read a number of the other reviews our chair did NOT arrive with any damage and it was very easy to assemble. I had no trouble at all putting it together and I don't think it took more than about 15 or 20 minutes. The test of time will tell how durable the chair ends up being. I got this chair in pink and I cannot sing its praise enough. Its sexy, feminine, IT RECLINES ( I finally figured out how to get it to do so and you need to adjust/loosen the front knob all the way out, which takes some effort and then slightly pull out the height adjuster). Its easy to clean. I agonized over buying it initially. But once I began to remove it from the box, I began to agonize over not buying it sooner. Its exactly what I wanted in a chair. Its soft to sit in. Its super easy to assemble. The quality is tangible, palpable and easily observable. I had bought another chair for more money than this one, and I regretted that I did. I purchased this for my client chair for my nail salon. It was easy to put together but the wheels on the chair do not turn so when someone tries to move they can’t. I took them off and tried to put them back but it did nothing. The chair is comfy but when you sit down it sounds like springs are being pulled when you sit. Arrived a day before originally scheduled, yay!! Took my husband and me about 5 minutes to put together. The fake leather is really soft. I just know my cats are going to destroy it, but that's why I bought this cheaper chair. Pretty comfortable, and feels very sturdy. The color is so fun! I'm only working from home for a few weeks during the pandemic, but I am so grateful to have a more comfortable chair for the coming weeks. Thank you! ... show more

This is a tale of love and hate. I love the way the chair looks, and the seat cushion is super comfortable (though I suspect it wont hold form for long, there's that cheap won't be durable feel.... but for the price....) The back is fully covered in the fake leather which a lot of chairs at this price point put ugly black fabric to cut costs. And then there's the hate: 1. No assembly instructions, but I have put together enough office chairs outside of trial an error in two screw sizes this wasn't so bad. 2. The screw hold don't line up to the arms or the back to the seat right at all. Maybe I got a dective model.... but you have to really push and pull to get the screw in to assemble the seat to the back and the arms to the seat and back.... which leads to 3... 3. Because the screws and pulling all four pieces, the back leans forward more than it's supposed to making it so that the chair is unsittable (if it's not a word it is now). You're leaning forward in the bloody thing. 4. Even if it did not lean forward bcause of 2 & 3, I'd still be returning it. Where the seat contors for lower back support is REALLY LOW. So if you're taller than probably 5'4", this is not the chair for you. It's just awful to sit in because of this and that alone warrants a return. A few reviews did mention the issues encountered in 4, and they were from 6 foot+ folks. I'm 5'8" so not short and not tall. I wasn't even going to write a review, but for people that aren't short or taller, there wasn't any reviews to help guide a better choice. It's a shame because if it weren't messed up and the back support higher (which is also not adjustable), it would be a great chair. I got the orange and it looks absolutley stunning. It's also a hard color to find limiting options, and I guess I'm going to have give up my dream of an orange chair that I can actually afford. I hope this review helps folks make a better decision, and I hope that I just got a dud with the screw holes because it is a nice chair. You don't want to have to return one trust me.... getting the base apart is going to be an ordeal, and then having to pack it up and drive it across the world to send it back. ... show more

I purchased this exact same chair 2 years ago. It has been great! The wheels didn’t roll smoothly but I thought it could be because I was on a dirty classroom floor and the wheels got dirty. The chair itself was very comfortable and perfect. Perfect size, color, everything. Then the mechanical part that keeps the chair at a certain height began going out. I shopped everywhere for a different chair but settled on the same one again. My husband opened up the box today to start putting it together for me and has had issues with the threads on the screws and screw holes, they were drilled crooked or just not to match the screws. THEN he flipped the back section over to attach it and saw that it was torn. Not just a small tear, but a large deep tear. At this point it isn’t worth sending back because the one I’m replacing is so broke down that I have to replace it ASAP. But I am definitely disappointed!!! ... show more
