I have had two of these chairs for about a year. Both have problems and I need to replace them. The seat pad on one is completely flat--the padding no longer rebounds when you get up. The back netting material on the other chair has stretched or been released from the frame such that there are two kidney-punching, rigid protrusions that are part of the chair back's frame that stick into my back. If the back netting material were still tight, they would hold my back off of the protrusions as they did when the chair was new. It does feel cheap, but, relative to the price, it's what you should expect. My biggest negative is that on it's lowest setting to the ground, I can't even touch the ground with my feet. On its highest setting, it feels like you are on a bar stool. If you need this, then great, go for it. But, I would like a lower setting so I can rest my feet on the floor. If I were to use it in my office, I would certainly not be able to get my legs under the desk. Other than that, it's not a bad chair for the price. The seat is comfortable and it rolls and spins nicely. I would not recommend too colorful of a color. I got the fluorescent green and after only a couple weeks, it shows stains from something, not sure, maybe wine. ... show more

Bought the chair a few days ago and got it today. Assembled it easily and have been sitting my desk doing work a few hours now. So far I don't have a single complaint. For the price I got a sturdy chair that can both recline and swivel, and while I can see the pad eventually wearing down with prolonged use...I still think it will last me a long time. ... show more

UPDATE 09/23/17: After less than a year with this chair I am downgrading it to 1 star. I would give it zero stars if I could. The padding is completely deflated, may as well not even have it. The bright white color has faded to an ugly dirty grey. They fabric is fraying around all the sides. Hands down the worst thing about this chair is the noise; any movement, left to right, side to side, leaning back or forth, creates horrible creaking and squealing, it sounds like its about to fall apart. I have a budget ikea chair that is in much better condition after 15 years of almost daily use. I wouldn't accept this piece of junk if it was free, it will be going to the dump next chance I get. For $65 in white, its okay. Definitely not worth $100. Even for what I paid I probably would have returned it if not for the hassle. PROS: Nice looking Very easy assembly (took maybe 15min) CONS: It sits too high. Seriously. At the lowest setting its 2-3inches higher than my last chairs highest setting. At the highest setting my heels don't touch the ground and I'm 5'11". Make sure to measure! The black ring/dome where the stem meets the base is cheap plastic and only clips together. The bottom half has fallen off 4 or 5 times already and I haven't had the chair a month. Looks fine without it, so whatever. The back is not comfortable if you lean firmly against it. The divets in the lumbar region sort of dig into your back instead of supporting it. Not as bad as it sounds though, its not terribly uncomfortable or unusual. OTHER THOUGHTS: The cushion isn't going to win any awards for comfort, but its not bad. I didn't install the arms as they wouldn't have fit under my desk. Construction feels solid enough, I'll have to see how it holds up after a year or two... doubt it'll last much longer than that. ... show more
