We've been shopping for months for a good barstool that wouldn't break our bank, and would fit well with our little window breakfast bar . We found these-- loved the design, and the price wasn't bad at $122/ea, after 11% off). Then we clicked the "used/very good condition" button. We figured they were returned for whatever reason, took a chance, and ordered them. For a little more than the price of one, we got two barstools. One had a small, light scratch and tiny dent on the base, and the non-functioning (plastic) decorative ring that went around the base of the seat pole was broken, but we Gorilla-glued it, and it was fine. Both stools had perfect upholstery, and all the parts were included-- nothing else was broken or scratched in the 2nd one. Assembly was super easy, too. These are very cushy and comfortable, give decent lower back support, and don't cut into the back of your hamstrings like many stools do. We just wanted white, but they also come in lots of fun colors (base comes in gold, too). Would recommend!

I love that this stool is cheaper than most other stools I saw and it’s of great quality! It was easy to assemble (assembled it myself), the bottom is heavy as it should be, and it’s sturdy and comfortable enough that I’m sitting on it every day! My friends actually thought it was really expensive, because of its look and the quality. I’ll definitely order myself another because it’s that great! (In the photo, my kitchen counter is at my hip length and I’m 5’6.5”, so the stool’s lowest setting is perfect for it)

We were looking for an adjustable bar stool that would fit under our countertop of our kitchen island. Under means it can be set to its lowest height and it will slide complete under our countertop. These do as the underside of our ctop is 34.75" from the floor. We purchased one and gave it a try. The box it comes in is big but the unit is well packed. Setup consisted of 4 fasteners - took us 15 min. Base is very large which I believe contributes to how stable the chair is. The pneumatics are smooth and work as expected. The cushion is comfortable. I'd like it to be a little firmer but it's not uncomfortable. The seat is indeed snug. It snugs around my gluts and thighs. I find it comforting but some people might not. The back is a bit low for my taste but this is the case for bar stools that must slide under a countertop of our height. I wish the back was taller. It comes up about 1/3 the way up my back. I'm 6' tall. When I want to lean back and relax, I can't fully do so because of the height of the back. It's not a problem but for those looking for a full height back, you won't like these. As another reviewer noted, the foot rails are sharp. You can't put bare feet on them. So we followed their advice and ordered edge trim: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00N9IB48C/ This worked perfectly. Took us 10 min per chair to install using metal sheers. What a nifty solution from this reviewer. One chair needs 3' of edge trim to be safe. Finally, I have to agree with other reviewers that the foot rests feel a little on the flimsy side. The chair however feels very sturdy. I weigh 180lb at 6' so I carry a bit of weight when I plop into the chair. I simply don't pound my feet onto the foot rests and they hence seem fine. We ordered a total of 4 chairs in the gray fabric. It's great they have many colors to choose from. We also purchased the 5 year insurance plan from Allstate. These chairs will be heavily used in our kitchen so I figured why not. At about $100 / chair with insurance included and backed by Amazon, these chairs cost much less than what we have found at popular furniture stores in our town and MUCH less than the fancy furniture / thrift stores. After about 3 weeks of shopping at local stores and looking online, I settled for these and am very happy.

We like the clean contemporary design of these counter stools and we have another set of these in White and Chrome (real chrome). We've had the latter mentioned for the past few years without any issues. The newest stools we recently purchased in black and "gold" (I see them as bronze) have been nothing short of trouble. After reaching out to flash furniture (the vendor) about the color I received an email telling me it was the lighting that caused the stools to appear chrome gold in the photos and they wanted to assure me the stools I received are what is shown! I was born at night, just not last night. Ok so I sort of let it go, but not really. They're messing with me and it's almost become personal. At the same time I was also noticing a discharge of a black greasy sludge like substance, but failed to mention that to them as I thought maybe it was because they were new breaking in. It was stupid to even think that since my other set of these stools never had this issue. So overall - These are nice stools if I can get the company to help me sort out the issues. I want the stools in the pictures. I just took some pictures and they show up as the bronze painted color they are. They don't mysteriously show up as chromed gold! Go figure. I took some photos of my ZLine range which is actually chromed gold. My camera can show the difference between the two very different colors.

We got our order in and they were easy to put together. Upon looking them over, I noticed that the way they were sewn together wasn't perfect. One side had more ripples than the other. It isn't horrible though. Then I decided to sit on the chair, putting my feet on the footrest which was a big mistake! The footrest is metal and if you are not wearing shoes will hurt your feet when trying to adjust yourself on the chair. They should have put padding or something on the footrest so that it would not hurt. The chair itself was not bad, however, after sitting in it for a while, your butt gets sore as there is not much padding in the chair.
