Good deal, good quality, maybe skip the shifter
Style: Xbox|PC
Pattern Name: Wheel Kit + Shifter
Pretty good deal for the money. The wheel has a good amount of kick in your hands. The pedals are pretty sturdy and work well. The shifter feels pretty decent and mostly feels quality as well. My only real gripe would be the shifter is pretty vague about which gear you’re going into. I drive manuals every day in IRL and I’ve never gone from 2nd gear to 5th gear on accident lol, but with this shifter you’ll do it all the time and you’ll end up wanting to use the paddles, trust me. It would work better if it were a solid gated shifter and didn’t have a shift boot. But that’s not the sellers fault. And I wouldn’t ding the manufacturer for it either bcuz that’s a lot of value per dollar in these units anyway. I personally would say maybe skip the shifter if you have a manual IRL bcuz you aren’t that thirsty for the manual experience, and it’s weird using a clutch when you can’t feel the friction point. But it might be cool to have the shifter and use the clutch for somebody who doesn’t get to drive a manual IRL.

Good beginner setup
Style: Xbox|PC
Pattern Name: Wheel Kit + Shifter
First one fried but I contacted support and I had a new unit sent to my house within 2 days and just used the box to return the damaged wheel. It's a fun entry level setup. Highly suggest downloading g-hub on pc but works well on xbox as well. The feed back of the wheel was interesting as a first time user. Make sure you look up suggested wheel settings per game online, it changes the game. Forza was miserable until I did that and my f1 2024 times dropped massively after dialing it in. Plenty of feedback but won't damage your desk if that's what you choose to mount it to. Obviously a cockpit would be ideal to mount if you have the space and budget. Shifter is really light, kind of like an early 90s honda that you bought last week with worn shift bushings. There is better options but for the price, it is a solid unit. Would I buy it again? Yes I bought a second setup for my kid who sat there jealous watching. If you want to get into sim racing but unsure if you'll like it or on a budget, just do it, it's a good time.

Good for beginners
Style: Xbox|PC
Pattern Name: Wheel Kit + Shifter
I really did like this product. My boyfriend loves it. The stick shift is a little harder to use, but it’s not bad. It’s very good quality. Definitely good for beginners.

Works but not refurbished
Style: Xbox|PC
Pattern Name: Wheel Kit + Shifter
My order arrived dusty and dirty. The shift nob looks like it is brand new but the wheel and pedals did not look like they were even cleaned much less "refurbished". That being said it all works just fine. Just wish it was clean.

Great feel
Style: Xbox|PC
Pattern Name: Wheel Kit + Shifter
The first wheel I received was “renewed” and didn’t feel right. I got a new one, and it was much better. The return process was hassle free. This wheel looks and feels amazing. The true force and feedback are way more powerful and immersive than expected, and they get along very well with the new Forza games. Off roading in horizon 5 with it is a wild experience. The brake is stiff, but once you get a feel for it, it’s very rewarding to hit a turn properly. I tried a few wheels from a step or two down and I’m really glad I went with this one, as it is just so more immersive and plush. The stick shift isn’t great though in my opinion—it feels more like a toy, so I just use the paddle shifters.
