I ordered this as a replacement for my veteran husband's old chair that just wasn't good for his back. So far he loves it and if that changes I will be sure to update with the length of time and the issue. Chair: Husband says it supports his back without being lumpy like some other chairs are. He says the chair is comfortable as far as firmness goes. I saw a lot of reviews saying this chair is as hard as a rock, but my husband has a herniated disk in his back and says it's not that bad. So I guess if you have more sensitivity than that it might be a problem. The color is nice and it is easy to adjust the height. Assembly: It might not be as bad as trying to hang jello to the wall with a nail, but it's not easy like Sunday morning either. Sadder still is that it wasn't too bad until you get to the arms. The holes were slightly misaligned and so it needed a little more effort to get in than expected, but it wasn't a 3-hour project. Mildly irritating. Delivery: Do NOT try ordering this chair next year on cyber Monday and expect it to get to you on time for Christmas or unless there is another option that isn't USPS. I ordered this chair on Nov 30th and it was due to be delivered on the 9th of Dec which is fine. Then it was the 11th, still fine. Then the 13th...wait what? That was a Sunday and the mail doesn't run on Sundays. Then we heard nothing and the very last update I got from USPS was "Traveling in the network." From the 16th until thins morning when it was out for delivery. It's the 27th. The other thing about this is I called USPS not to complain and moan, but just to find out where it was. The USPS lady opened a ticket for my local to call me and my local said it hadn't left Memphis TN yet. On the tracking site, it said it had departed. Irritating, but as long as it wasn't stolen. As I said, if there is another option besides USPS or it is not a holiday season, you should be good. All in all the chair is nice, the assembly was OK and the delivery was naughty af and needs coal next year in its stocking. ... show more

This chair is very comfortable great fir gaming or working. It has a handle on the side to raise it up and down. The only problem I had putting it together was some of the screw holes had glurdown in them. I had to clean them out and then I was able to put the screws in. My kiddo likes it. I like that he has a nice supportive chair to sit in. It’s comfortable and just what we were looking for. I’m not sure what the issue is with others but this took 15 min to assemble. It was easy. Overall we are happy. He also likes the mesh contrast red fabric. Here’s a tip: Don’t tighten the arms all the way until the back is in place and also not fully tightened. Then rotate around to tighten all bolts. The chair's back fits nicely and the seat cushion is a nice size where you aren't slouched backwards trying to reach the keyboard to type. It's only been a day but so far it's a 5/5 from me and I haven't been comfortable in a computer chair in years and have tried a lot of different ones. I figured this chair would be a bit of a pain to put together but I didn’t think it would be as bad as it was. Some of the holes were filled with the fabric that was punched in the side of the chair. It was almost impossible to get the threads of the bolts to actually lock in. It worked eventually (2ish hours for 6 bolts). The chair ended up being pretty uncomfortable. Seems like might be nice chair - IF I COULD ONLY FINISH PUTTING TOGETHER! Sent 2 emails to address listed on the sheet. Then tried calling phone number. Get busy signal and 'unable to connect" (of course I don't know if it is the particular company or just the phone area code). I'll have to watch my return date window - too much money to ignore. The last hole on Right side Armrest will not align in middle of armrest hold do cannot get bolt to go in. As picture shows, it is a little too high up on hold to get bolt into hole in back rest. It is the higher of the 2 holes on the armrest. And I did try to loosen the other 3 bolts to see if could move armrest any - but no luck there. ... show more
