Update: 1/18/23- new remote and ford came. It works great. Very good customer service. The chair is small and seat cushion is not solid so you sink in some. But...for the price, and the great customer service i changed my review to a 4 star. Came broken. Massager doesn't work. It's very small. Child size in my opinion. Not comfortable at all and foot rest doesn't fit back in down position after you've lifted it up. Horrible....don't buy! UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they are sending me a replacement remote. Hope that fixes the problem as I bought the chair specifically for the massager. Will update again once I receive the new remote. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This has got to be the easiest piece of furniture I've ever put together. I bought two chairs and it took me 15 minutes tops to put them both together, probably less. I really think I did each chair in five minutes. The hardest part was getting them inside because each box weighs 60 pounds and FedEx decided to stack them. But that's on FedEx. The two pieces separately didn't seem heavy at all. The fabric is well knit, the blue matches the pictures perfectly. My lighting makes them look gray in the photos. The massager only hits the lower portion of your back directly but it has eight settings and it feels lovely. You can feel the vibrations elsewhere. Not sure what the up and down buttons are for because the intensity didn't change for me. My daughter thinks it changed in the other chair. I first thought it was super low to the ground coming out the box but it has legs that give it a little more height. Great for rooms where you don't want to take up a lot of space. This chair is not for taller folks. I'm 5ft and my feet touch the ground sitting fully in the seat. In recline mode my feet go to the edge of the footrest. I think over 5'5 your foot may be over the edge a little, my daughter's 5'3 and she didn't dangle much. The cushioning is really nice. I would say not soft and not too firm, just right in the middle. Not a lot of width but a good fit for me. I weigh over 200 pounds and I didn't feel confined. I can see myself falling asleep in this on a movie night. No recliner arm, all you need to do is gently lean back and it reclines to several angles. You push the footrest down to close and it took little to no effort to do. Armrest and backing are at good levels as well. I really like these chairs and for the price it's a deal. I put it in my cart when it was $40 off but missed that deal, researching other chairs. Stupid me. I still caught it at a reduced priced. However, full price is still worth it. Shipped fast as well. Don't mind my mess, we just moved in this apartment temporarily and had tossed our original couch. Oh the massager has a 15 minute and 30 minute timer. ... show more

I'm a six foot 230 pound man, and this is made for about a five foot tall one hundred twenty pound teenager. It creaks, and pops when I sit in it, so it's lucky that I also paid for the extra 3 year warranty, because; I don't see this lasting more than a year. My advice! I've been using for over a month and it's ok. If you are over 5' 7'' your feet will have hi support (it doesn't bother me). The construction is not very sturdy. I expect to break the recliner soon (but it's doing it's job for now). The massage (just vibration) is mostly useless for me. It's reclines but it doesn't looks in each position which is annoying sometimes, especially when you are trying to keep the 135° inclination. ... show more

When the item says eligible to return, it means at your expense. Because this chair did not fit in the space I bought it for, I attempted to return it. I can do that, but at my expense. This is a bed- recliner. It's likely to cost me a third or half of it purchase price to do that. Beware with "eligible to return." ... show more

Isn't made for sitting long periods of time. I'm disabled and must keep my legs elevated any time I'm sitting. These are 2- 3hrs at most. They are comfortable but not real sturdy. However, they make very nice seating for visitors and are small enough to fit in a small apt like mine.
