We tried to purchase the blue set in 2021. Shipping experience was disappointing. Three weeks past the promised date and after countless emails, a set in tan finally showed up, but mismatched tan! They said sorry, no more blue, so we kept the mismatched tan set. I’ve been able to hide it with pillows and throw blankets. These sit in the blazing sun all day all summer. Two years and the cushions are stained and pretty flat. Everything negative everyone says in these reviews is exactly correct. Not really built for large people, the pieces migrate apart easily, and the tie downs don’t work very well (they’ve all ripped off) so in the wind everything blows away, the fabric and padding breaking down fast. The wicker still looks great though despite heavy use in the sun and rain. We don’t cover it all summer. So we just bought another set, this time in blue LOL. Hubby is cursing the poorly aligned holes as he tries to put it together while I’m writing this review. Some bolts were missing and he had to purchase more from the local hardware store. Why would we do that if they’re so bad?! I called around and new cushions will cost $1K-$2K to make. It was cheaper to buy a whole new set. This time the set arrived sooo fast. I know the blue will fade quickly. One of the cushion backs is mismatched size this time. Bottom line, no furniture in the summer sun is going to last. A nicer set, costing several thousand may last 5-6 years instead of 2-3. Luckily we have the space to use both sets. I’m ready to brush up on my sewing skills and make my own replacement cushions! I hope the sellers read this, please, start selling sets of replacement cushions! Even for $475 we’d buy them. I can recycle the used cushions as dog beds etc. and I’d appreciate being able to buy a replacement set of cushions every few years. (Matching would be nice too!) If you’re looking for a low priced set these are a really good option, just realize nothing this cheap is going to be high quality.

Love the couch. Perfect size, comfortable, fun color. The cushions faded quickly, which I expected, but the are not water resistant at all. The soak up and hold onto rain water taking days and days to dry out. We usually put them away before a storm, but the few times we haven’t we were met with soaked cushions days after the rain.

I purchased this June 2020 and we are now in March of 2022. I am very surprised at how well the wicker has held up. We have zero damage to it despite having 5 kids who are rather rough on things. My only complaint is the material on the cushions stains easily and that there is no way to interlock the pieces so they don't move.

It's a nice look. I noticed there's already an indention where you sit and we are no where near the weight limit. The hooks to keep the cushions in place never stay attached. I wanted to add additional pieces but I really need to think if I want to continue to invest in this.
