This arrived packaged as well as I could expect. There was a box within a box. Everything inside the original chair box was either covered in plastic, bubble wrap or sheets of corrugated cardboard. The directions were concise. They were mostly pictures but the little bit of text I needed to read was quite small. The panel of hardware was conveniently and clearly labeled. The included tools were very sturdy. Also, there was a bubble of hardware labeled as extra. I appreciate this simple gesture so much. I always have extra hardware. I never know if it's because I messed up somewhere or if it was a generous yet confusing bonus. I had minor difficulties putting it together. It definitely required two people. The three holes for the screws that hold the arm on were 1/2" too low. It was such an awkward and tense joint to pry apart and hold open that I definitely needed a second person to get the screws in and threaded. Otherwise, it was very simple to put together. Some of the chrome parts are cheap silver plastic. The arms probably won't matter but the cover for the five legs at the base is really flimsy. It's more for looks, sure, but it won't last long. The chair itself is very comfortable. The seat is roomy and the arm rests are exactly where you expect them to be. The arm rests are awesome. You can adjust them front to back, up and down, and angle-wise. There's an ergonomic lower back cushion that can be adjusted. The adjustable headrest is a nice touch too. While the seat is airy the thick, metal legs provide needed heft and stability. The roller wheels roll well even on our bedroom carpet. Overall, the only downsides were minor: the cheap, silver plastic cap, tiny font in the instructions, and the a few misaligned screw holes. The positives outweigh them greatly: feels sturdy and very comfortable, all of the adjustable parts make it completely customizable, straightforward instructions and nice tools included.

I am giving this "Fizzin Office Chair Mesh Desk Chair with 3D Armrests Computer Chair" the highest rating I can simply due to the fact that it is possibly the most comfortable chair I have owned. I have tried many, many desk chairs since I've been working from home for just shy of 30 years. I'm Plus Size so that is always a factor, and I'm always looking to one-up my current chair. I love the adjustability features in this chair that really make it customized just for me. Not only does the chair tilt (back and seat stay at the same relative angle), it also reclines (seat stays parallel to the ground, back lays back). The arms flip back so I can roll the chair under my desk when I'm not working. When I was much heavier, I wanted them to flip back so that I had more room in the chair, but in this chair, that doesn't give you much advantage because of the side panels. The arms also slide forward and back a little bit, and the swing out and in. The seat and arms are upholstered with grey mesh material and foam, while the back of the chair is breathable mesh. (I actually prefer the seat to also be mesh, but this cushioned chair is pretty sweet, too!) The chair was assembled easily and it has served me well so far, but I am cautious about the sturdiness due to some of the plastic parts.

This is a nice chair in that the mesh material is comfortable and breathable but I got it for the neck support, and for me that is simply not adequate for my cervical degeneration for 2 reasons - you can only adjust the neck support up and down and the angle but cannot move it forward or back, so I cannot get it into a useable position to cradle my neck in any comfortable way. Also, the chair does not recline. It tilts, but it turns out that I need to recline in conjunction with proper neck support in order to work comfortably (less weigh pressing down), and this provides neither of those features. Another small, more personal issue that I have with it is that the legs and casters stick out past the base of the chair - sure this is great for extra stability, but all of my previous chairs has the casters fully under the seat and I never noticed, but with the casters sticking out, I constantly trip over them - and this is painful since this is for a home office where I work without any kind of footwear on other than socks. I also didn't like that the arm supports looked like a cool aluminum or other metal in the pics, but in person they are just grey spray painted plastic that looks a bit cheap. At $239 at the time of this review, I simply don't think it is worth it. It doesn't come close to high end ergonomic chairs that do cost 7x the price and is not as comfortable for me as my $120 Amazon Basics gaming chair. It is super stable, easy to assemble, and the mesh is excellent, but for me, it simply fails in the ergonomics department. Adding a recline and anterior/posterior adjustability to the head support would make this chair infinitely better. But, as it is , I don't see it as any better than the myriad of other basic office chairs for half the price. I will unfortunately be giving mine away, as it is truly unusable to me no matter how I try to use it.

I'm 6' tall and weigh 235 pounds, and this chair has been an excellent fit for me. It's very sturdy, extremely comfortable, and provides great support for long days at my desk. One of my favorite features is the mesh material. It's durable and supportive while still allowing plenty of airflow, so I stay much cooler than I did with my old padded office chair. Assembly was one of the easiest furniture projects I've ever done. From the time I laid out all the parts until I was sitting in the finished chair took just 37 minutes. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I really appreciated how all of the hardware was packaged in a labeled blister pack. Instead of digging through a bag of mixed screws and washers, you simply pop out exactly what you need for each step. It's a small detail, but it made the entire process much smoother. Be sure to look at my pics of the parts and instructions The included tools are perfectly adequate, but I used my small battery-powered screwdriver to speed things up a bit. Overall, this chair exceeded my expectations. It's comfortable, well-built, thoughtfully packaged, easy to assemble, and breathable enough to keep me comfortable through long workdays. The adjustable lumbar and neck supports and 3-way adjustable arm rests are awesome and greatly contribute to the comfort of the chair. The wheels roll smoothly across the floor and on/off the tempered glass protective mat under my desk. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality office chair. All things considered, I consider it a good value for the price I hope this is helpful

This chair has all the bells and whistles ...head rest, movable arms, adjustable seat. Essentially everything you could want for desk chair comfort, function and convenience. The stand out features are the included head rest ...and one that adjusts for both height and tilt. Also, they not only have a lumbar support, but again, specifically an 'adjustable' lumbar support - which is rather exceptional in my perspective! So the chair design majors on allowing for adjustability and for personally aligning the entire seating position and posture basically for optimal comfort and improved ergonomic support! We've been on the hunt for quite a long time for a more comfortable desk chair and this really seems quite perfect for the needs of seating comfort, desk stamina and posture support . I really like the mesh fabric both from an aesthetic standpoint and from a practicality aspect as well ....from the air flow fabric, to virtually spill-proof design in my estimation. It seems a quick damp wipe or spot treatment should be quite easy and thoroughly effective whenever needed. The movable arms are a wonderful design feature to lift out of the way when preferred and function independently so either can be adjusted as desired. A nice sturdy five point wheel base supports the seat with a good rolling design. It didn't take long to assemble. So, assembly was straightforward and instructions understandable along with a few, just in case, extra pieces. Besides all the ergonomic considerations, the minimal silhouette of the design along with the mesh fabric reduces the perceived dominance of the desk chair in the room. My concern was that an adequate chair with tall back and headrest support would dominate the office space unattractively and throw off the room balance and normally spacious feel and dimension. I am pleasantly surprise that the airy mesh really changes that dynamic as well as the minimal streamlined design. This really is quite perfect for our intended office space and we are thrilled both at the prospect of the personal ergonomic comfort features and the design which is blending in so perfectly for our given space!

I chose this Fizzin ergonomic office chair and have been incredibly pleased with it. I did not buy it, but after using it, I can honestly say it looks great, feels great, and gives me the kind of support I want in a home office chair. At six feet two inches and about 220 pounds, the size feels right for me. The chair feels sturdy, roomy, and supportive without being bulky. I especially like the black and gray mesh design because it has a clean, modern look that fits well in my home. The mesh is breathable and comfortable, which makes a real difference when sitting for longer periods. The adjustable lumbar support is one of my favorite features. As someone who spends time helping family, working around the house, taking care of my dog, and staying active, I appreciate a chair that supports my back properly. This office chair is one of the best purchases I’ve made for my workspace. It was easy to assemble, and all the parts fit together perfectly. The instructions were clear, and I had everything set up in a short amount of time. The chair is incredibly comfortable, even after sitting for several hours. The adjustable lumbar support and headrest make a huge difference, providing excellent support for my back and neck throughout the day.
