I've been using this chair for a while now, and it's been a great upgrade for my home office. I’m really happy with this chair overall. I wanted something comfortable, sturdy, breathable, and spacious enough for long hours at my desk when I work from home, and this chair delivered. I’d easily give this chair five stars because it exceeded my expectations in comfort, quality, and overall value. Comfort and Support The mesh back keeps it cool and comfortable during extended use. One of my favorite features is the adjustable lumbar support. You can manually position it exactly where your lower back needs support, and it fits the curve of my back perfectly. It provides great support without feeling too firm or uncomfortable. Build Quality and Design The chair itself feels solid and well-built. It doesn’t creak or make noise when shifting around, which makes it feel stable and high-quality. The seat is roomy and comfortable, and the overall design looks clean and modern. Easy Assembly It also came with an instruction manual that was extremely simple to follow, and assembly was very easy. I was able to put the chair together by myself in about 20 minutes without any help. Armrest Functionality I also like the armrests. They aren’t adjustable by height, but they do flip all the way up, which is surprisingly convenient. You can easily slide the chair under a desk or use it as an armless chair when needed. Packaging and Presentation Another thing worth mentioning is the packaging. Everything arrived extremely well-packed. Every individual part of the chair was wrapped securely, including bubble wrap protection for the components. The hardware and accessories were neatly organized, and the chair even came with the necessary tools for assembly in case you don’t own a drill or tool set. The presentation and packaging were excellent and showed real attention to detail. Overall Impression Overall, this is a fantastic office chair for the price: comfortable, supportive, sturdy, easy to assemble, and packaged exceptionally well. I’d absolutely recommend it and would confidently give it a five-star rating.

Putting this together was easy, but took a long time. (It came with tools) The seat cushion is soft, but could be thicker. The back rest is comfortable but could be a little wider. (The back support moves up and down which is nice) The head rest doesn't really meet the back of my neck, i have to lean my head back far to meet it. (The headrest also moves up, down, forward and back) The materials are very sturdy (as far as i can tell) and the seat holds my weight fine. (275 pounds) Okay for the price, probably prefect if you are considered a smaller person. Okay for bigger person.

This ergonomic office chair is easy to assemble. It features a lightweight, breathable mesh backrest and a seat cushion that is not overly bulky and is easy to clean. Although the chair itself is relatively lightweight, it is very sturdy once assembled and can support up to 400 pounds. The headrest height is adjustable, and the lumbar support can also be fine-tuned, making it very comfortable to sit in. I would recommend it to friends!

So I purchased this chair in the fact that it was sold through amazon and I would have some security for a warranty. Always ISO wrong. Not only does the company have no contact information, everything that they disclose on their website doesn't exist. The phone number is fake and out of service. The email doesn't go through because the address doesn't exist. And the company claims that this chair supports up 400 pounds. I've had this chair for less than 2 months. And the centerpiece, where the gas cylinder and the chair meet is already broken.And wobbling back and forth. I'm a big guy, but I weigh no close to 290 lbs. And that being said, i've only used the chair sparingly maybe fifteen hours a week. When I contacted amazon, because that's the only contact I have.They made such a big deal about this.That they refused to help me. They kept saying they'll make a one time exception, and they'll take the chair back. But they won't provide anything, and I need to purchase a box to fit this large chair inside of. The box itself is going to cost about forty dollars, and the chair cost a hundred and ten do the Math. Not to mention when I reported this issue, my account now is flagged to go to some overseas extension number for customer support. That's how much amazon is turning into a junk company full of fake actors and people that do not care. They would rather support a fake company that is probably over in China. Then, the people right here, their own customers. I Am a long time Amazon Prime user way over a decade. And this is the type of stuff.I'm treated with when I need to make an actual return. Needless to say, I'm barely buying anything of substance from Amazon ever again. Especially when it comes to expensive equipment and to verify even so, the seller that they are an actual seller. The fact that you have to actually weed out who's a real seller, and who is not just shows you how bad Amazon has gotten. But this company Figgin doesn't exist and they do, but out of china, they're not in california as they say they are. This is the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon in the time. I have been dealing and doing business with them. I'm extremely not happy with this company. And somebody else needs to come along and put them in their place. This just confirms to me, support small and local business. Don't give the money to some corporations that doesn't care anything about you. And literally, it's all about their bottom dollar.

Overall decent chair. Lightweight and the assembly was very easy. Headrest is a little flimsy and far back than I'd like but it's adjustable and fine. The only three issues for me is like someone else mentioned, the seat cushion isn't long enough. I'm 6"1 and it doesn't fully support my legs/thighs as much as I'd like, but I'm hoping it'll be fine. The second thing is the tilt, it has a decent amount of tilt (when adjusting for it), but you can't lock it into place at its max tilt which sucks. The lock in place is only for preventing the chair from tilting. Lastly, the cloth material on the arm rest is very uncomfortable on the skin over extended periods. My elbows often get fatigued and imprinted with the pattern. I'm hoping over time it'll wear down a bit and be less abrasive.
