Since I use it after training – 20–30 minutes a day – I have noticed a great definition in the abdomen, with the sides more marked and the central area firmer. A great friend recommended this product to me, and I've been using it ever since. It's great, ideal for effortlessly toning your abs. Easy to use, comfortable, and adjustable, I use it for exercise, for work and in house; it doesn't bother me at all. It doesn't stick to your skin.

Finally opened it this morning to try it out. I have had better in the past from different companies. This doesn’t fit well. I would prefer a tighter belt. This only works the center of the belly and doesn’t offer enough settings with a different variety of pulses. Going to return it.

I really wanted something to help me tone up my midsection and boost my workouts. This KLT-07 Fitness Belt is amazing! I honestly didn’t expect to feel results so quickly, but even after the first session, I could feel my abs working, like I had just done a solid core workout without hitting the floor. I used it set on a lower intensity just to test it out, and within minutes I felt that tightening and pulsing sensation, not uncomfortable at all and definitely effective. After the session, my abs had that "post-workout" feeling, even though I was just sitting on the couch. I feel way more confident and I know my core will feel tighter just after a couple of sessions.
