Mine came with all its parts, is sturdy, and it does everything I wanted. I wish it came with 2 more carabiners to make switching cables a little easier. I'm not certain the weights on the resistance bars is accurate. I feel like the total resistance weight I'm lifting is more than I could handle if they were free weights. It's still good for mobility and strengthening exercises. I'm happy to have bought it.

I unboxed this machine and started putting it together and realized there were 5 parts missing and there was a check list inside the box that was marked that they were in there VERY UNHAPPY

I have no dislike cause I figured out how you get loose and full resistance of the machine . It’s the two little metal rings on the bar where the handles are , when you loosen it you get a lite resistance and when you tighten them you get perfect resistance on it so I love this machine. Only question I have is, when the rods ever go bad where do I order a whole new set of rods or can you use bow flex rods to replace them ? Just wondering 🙏🏻

I bought this machine instead of a bowflex. I wish I would of spent the extra money! You can do a lot of exercises on it. I have owned a bowflex before. This machine is not as adjustable. The seat is difficult because you have to screw it in. The bench is extremely wobbly when you lay on it. I almost feel over when trying a lay down exercise. It was easy to put together. It will serve the purpose for a while. I definitely will upgrade in the future to another bowflex. This machine is a super poor design! Save your packaging in case you need to return. The customer service is great!

The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because there was a piece broken. It was nothing that I needed to make it work, but it was broken and one of the screen holes didn’t line up, which again wasn’t a big big deal. I’ll put the pics of what was broken and the screw hole and the missing insert. It shipped and arrived quicker than I expected. I a little scared to pull it all the way, but for what I can do so far it’s been great. Guess I didn’t get a pic of the missing insert, but any way this looks good, works well and didn’t take long to put together by myself mostly. Maybe 2 and a half hours but I had lots of distractions and only needed help with one thing.

The weights on this are very smooth with the poly system and rods. I owned the very first machine like this that begins with the letter "B______". And I have to say that this very comparable. The weight tension hits maximum resistance at the midpoint of the rep. That is how these rods work. I am able to really tone well with these. So, I would best describe this machine as for toning, conditioning, and strengthening. Can be great for any rehab too. This machine is not really designed to give bulk. Overall, this machine is very well made. The lat pulldown works really good at targeting shoulders and back too. The leg extension allows a full range of motion for quads and hams. I'm enjoying working out on this and it is improving my form. Trust you found this review honest and helpful:-)

On the 1st use the overhead bar is bending, the seat won't lock, the seat and bench are highly unstable. Spend a few hundred more and get the real deal.
