Installed on my ‘23 MDX Type S Advance. Easy to set up, and it works as expected. On day two so far, no issues. CarPlay functions normally while the camera records. To view footage, you can use the app (which disables CarPlay temporarily) or check the SD card on a PC. I set up the app and settings on day one and haven’t used it since. Video quality on 4K looks good for what it is after checking quality on my pc.

So the app works great. The key is to turn off bluetooth to locate the wifi network of the camera. From there you can download to your phone all videos. Watch the video on the installation and you can hide the rear camera wires underneath the headliner with a plastic tool provided.

Just installed this in my 2024 MDX Type-S, plenty of install videos on YouTube so it’s relatively easy. The existing plugs are a little quirky to plug into the camera but still easier than having to run a wire and plug into a cigarette lighter plug. I purchased the front camera in 4K. Great picture and easy to connect to. Make sure you read the instructions from the seller when they message you through Amazon. They have a lot of tips and tricks to make the install easier.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this product my MDX Type S, and it didn't disappoint. Was pretty easy to install and I had it up and running in about 45 minutes.

Just terrible picture quality. Not even up to 2k. It is impossible to recognize a license plate even from 15 feet away. Connecting to the phone is also not an easy task. You need to spend up to 15 minutes to simply connect the camera to the phone, just to set it up. The customer service is even worse than the video quality. For any remarks about the quality of the product, you are immediately accused that it is not so and the quality is much higher than you think. All negative reviews on the official website are simply deleted, I tried 4 times. As a conclusion - Absolutely useless customer service, terrible video quality, difficult connection to the phone at an excessively high price.

Video quality is great and it looks oem. I was having issues connecting to the camera..all i had to do was disconnect from bluetooth and apple carplay, hard reset the camera with a pin and power off/on my phone and it connected effortless. Great customer service, the provided real time solution via chat.
