I picked up this grip strengthener to keep my hands active while working at my desk. It’s easy to use, and the tension adjustment makes it simple to find the right level of resistance. The handle feels comfortable even after a while, which is a nice bonus. The adjustment knob does feel a bit flimsy, but it hasn’t caused any issues so far. Overall, it works well for what it’s meant to do and has been a useful addition to my daily routine.

Works great! Very adjustable and easy to change resistance. They're very sturdy and they are built to last, they seem to be made of decent material and the grip is comfortable. Its very nice way to sit back and relax and keep you grip strong without a ton of effort.
