All in all I have to give this product a hard 4.5 stars. I really like that It’s simple to setup, the smart lock is used by downloading the app, following the prompts to scan each family members fingerprint, (the app has different methods of security to open door) all of that was done in 5 mins. The only issue I did have was installing it on the door because I didn’t size or double check sizes when I ordered. So unfortunately I do have the hole where the original turn bolt was before. But I am going to fill it up so the door is solid again. It took me 2 and 1/2 hours to get it on right. It does come with 2 actual keys if you would just rather use keys and 2 RFID cards. Side note: we live out in the country so I’m pleased the app doesn’t bug out with our wifi connection, as sometimes our other apps do.

This Fingerprint, Bluetooth, Keyless, & Biometric Smart Lock is amazing right out of the box. First of all, is so well-made and appears to be very durable to last a long time. The functions and features really blew my mind and exceeded all my expectations as to their reliability, performance, and ease of use. Installing and setting up this Smart Door Lock is very easy and the instructions are easy to understand. The app that goes along with the lock is also easy to use and allows for so many great functions to make this the most complete and loaded smart lock I have used to date. The ability to create custom codes and one-time use is such a great function (especially for those that may get deliveries while away, or have someone coming by to care for their pets, babysitters, and so on) that the possibilities are endless. It also would make for a great Airbnb situation. The password random digit function is such a great deterrent and safety protection against people trying to watch you put in the code from being able to come back and duplicate what they saw you do. I really love this. The fact that there are 6 possible ways to utilize this lock (Fingerprint, through the app, using a standard mechanical key, passcodes, ID Cards, and Voice when you purchase the Gateway device that is not included but sounds like a valuable purchase for the added capabilities it brings) really impressed me. The other thing I like is that keeps a log of when the door was opened, how it was opened, and by whom. This Smart Lock is totally amazing and worth every penny in my humble opinion. Best one I have ever seen or tested.

First of all, this is not a deadbolt, so I wouldn’t install it on the front door of the house. But it is very neat, the finish looks good, it would be great for business. Especially given the password feature and remote access, even though the latter is only included with hub. It is very easy to use, sharing password comes handy when there are multiple hosts. The installation is easy and everything is included.

The media could not be loaded. This is a business interior lock and not a home exterior lock. The door handle fits easily into an existing door handle, this is not a dead bolt! I found the setup very easy with just a couple of screws, which are included. The key pad lights up and the fob worked well. It connects to your smart phone so you track when the door is open. Great for those areas in a business for limited access.
