Not many things I can say bad bout the bike its definitely better than some of the reviews ive gone through. Reviews usually makes or breaks when it comes to online buying however after buying and returning more than a few e bikes/scooters, this one actually suprised me both product wise and customer service. I had an issue with my tracking information which happened once before where my item was hipped to another location and the company mysteriously vanished , but this company would get back to me either the same day or the following and taking care of every question and concern. Even contacted me before Amazon did to notify me that the bike was delivered, which was awesome in my book. Now for the bike itself, it came pretty much fully assembled just a few minor things like attaching the seat, pedals, and putting a little air in the tires which wasnt fully necessary i just wanted my 1st ride to be the best after dealing with previous lemons lol Instructions were straight forward, battery came already charged an actually hasnt gone below 1/2 yet and i ride daily so definitely great battery life!! This is my 1st e bike with dual suspension and I was missing out on every part of e riding without it. If an when I get another in the future, that is now a MUST HAVE because its nice not having to worry about every rock and crack on the road the entire ride. The speed it exactly what is stated and stays consistent for the most part. Going uphill is effortless I think it said 30% hill climb or something however the hill i go up on my daily route is im sure to b more than 30% and i never have to pedal to climb it. Frontlight is suitable, but i still purchased my own to allow for quick positioning and zoomability. The rear seat (where a basket or storage would usually be) was what actually drew me to look further into this particular model. I got it to be able to have my kids be able to enjoy some outing with me which has been probably more fun to me than them. I purchased a storage bag that attaches to the seat and can be removed to also be a chest bag when the seat isnt occupied. Those are the likes. Cant think of any dislikes really, other than having to pedal a little harder than expected when not using electric assist mode, but then it is a single gear bike so I still take that into consideration. Only other thing would be more of a novelty than aa dislike, which is wishing the rear seat was able to open up and be used as a storage compartment or "trunk". But i noticed that that is where the controller and wiring is located so i guess id rather it be there where it will stay dry and to prevent somewhere else from taking up space and taking away from the build of the the bike. UPDATE after 2 years. My wife and I have been using these on an average of 20 miles a day, got caught under the rain, fell a couple of times, wore tires and break pads (which is normal after so many thousands miles), and these two never gave up, I have experience with ebikes and most 48v are problematic with the elctronics, these are 36v and have been working flawlessly, just a small problem with the battery but the seller quickly took care of that, hands down the best brand for budget ebikes, they're still going strong and we're planning to keep them for as long as they keep spinning. Also I'm glad to see a lot of people on VIVI branded bikes on the streets, and they're also very satisfied, good job guys, just a suggestion it will be great to see some bikes with carbon belt drive! Where do I start? Ok, everyone will ask the same, so it will go as far as about 25 miles on spped 1, 18 miles on speed 2 and 12 miles on speed 3, that's the range, and for full speed it can achieve 20mph if you're 170lb. Ok, now about quality... it's a chinese bicycle so there are some corners cut, but less cuts than many around, let's see... Main cut is in labor... All the bolts come loose, and I mean ALL, from rotors to stem, so if you never touched an allen key, it will be a good day torquing bolts. Make yourself a favor and don't cut corners, buy locktite blue, remove bolt by bolt and lock them, or you will start losing pieces. Once all's tight, all's good. Buy cable management hose, half inch wide, and make the wires look arranged like I did. Get yourself a metal crate and attach it with zip ties to the rack, it will make your ride super confortable. Lube everything, even the rims so nothing rusts, because everything will rust, use wd40 gel, it sticks and stays. I hate flats, specially in rear hub bikes, so bought thorn resistant tubes, green slime and mr tuff protectors and installed all, today I changed the rear tire because it was worn out after endless rides. Ok, from my point of view... A foldable bike, with nice working suspension, aluminum frame, 8ah battery, mudguards, rack, quier smooth ride, nice disk brakes, shimano derraileur, solid build. I payed 550 when this just appeared in amazon and for that price I would buy them again without hesitation. One thing I really liked is that it comes decently lubed, even the motor gears. In my experience with ebikes they always come with dried up lube everywhere and moving parts won't last, not the case with these two. Also batteries are easy to find and relatively cheap, so you can easily fit a battery 3 with times more capacity. ... show more

1st I was ready to return the bike because Fed Ex delivery was a disaster and a couple of small issues with the bike. However I contacted customer support no less than 4times and each time they stepped up to the plate. The bike itself is well designed and frankly a lot of fun to ride. I like especially when you ride without battery the accelerator kicks in and gives you a needed boost on inclines. I would have given five stars if it wasn’t for the delivery issues understanding seller only has so much control over that but when confronted with the issues they stepped up. ... show more

Not that hard to put together. Some items(fenders) warped a bit but you can adjust. Handle bar didn’t align perfectly. About 2 degrees to left but easy to adjust when you fold down handle bar and loosen nut ., center bars then retighten. Seat a little hard. Customer Service is by email and they kept helping until I was satisfied. If I did it again I’d pay local bike shop $125 to assemble and true wheels and assure everything properly adjusted and tightened. If your extra handy it would not be necessary. Just check all that all the fittings are tightened down. I think it is a good bike for the price and we've had fun riding them. By the way, I bought two. Not unhappy I did. I'd give it 4.5 stars ... show more
