Got this bag over a week ago now. Great punching bag for adults and kids (better for timing than power for adults). The cloth filling makes the bag light, but firm, and it doesn't need a lot of break in period. The plus of having a light bag is that it doesn't put as much weight on the ceiling beams, so I don't have to worry about that as much. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to install this in their garage or home gym!

The media could not be loaded. This bag is heavy and was not a pain to put up. We did have to buy an extend chain because it was a little high for my kicking.m but it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall the bag is still going strong and everything that came with it as well. 😀

Okay, this might be a perfectly good punching bag. But we have had some definite issues installing this thing. First of all, even though hardware was included, absolutely no instructions were included. And neither my husband nor I had a clue how to make it work. So we had to look up instructions online (since the creator of this punching bag apparently doesn't have any online tutorials or instructions). The instructions we found online called for different hardware so we had to go to Home Depot three times because we kept thinking we got the right items, just to find out they wouldn't work. (A note about the hardware that came with the item: Unless you have really wide joists in your ceiling and have Superman Vision so you know exactly where your joists are located, good luck getting all 4 screws in the wood. Maybe two screws would have been good enough. But since it came with 4 screws, all 2 inches apart, it seems like all 4 screws should go in the joist... and since the joist is 2 inches wide, we didn't see that happening. Anyway.....) Then when we finally got the bag "hung" (it really is jerry-rigged), it literally is a foot from the ceiling... way too high. So you will need an ADDITIONAL strap or chain to get it to the proper height. So there goes another $15-$20. Hopefully, after we get THAT, we'll be good to go. Right now, I'm just annoyed.

The media could not be loaded. Loving this punching bag and switch up my workout routine for some cardio and keeping active! I'm no professional boxer or kickboxer so the weight and the overall quality seems plenty for me! The unit came with a sturdy anchor with anchor bolts and a heavy duty carabiners. I e not had issues with the material tearing either. Great quality punch bag 👍

I like this bag. It’s good quality, size and great value. However, the only reason I took off a star is because they used the wrong rivet head type for this application in my opinion. They should’ve used the truss head rivets instead of the hex head ones with protruding sharp edges. The ones on this bag will surely cut your skin upon kicking/punching contact if you’re not wearing protective hand/foot gear of sorts.

It's weight and size make it great for kicking and hitting using different techniques. My daughter is 5' tall and I am 6', we both use it comfortably. This bag is suited well to experimentation and practice, yet is still at a good weigh to resist movement during hard hits. The surface is smooth enough to where I can hit it comfortably with my bear fist. The manufacture suggests using boxing gloves to provide extra protection; Because of the unpredictability of hitting a swinging bag, injuries to the knuckles wrist and thumb, can come easy.
