I don't typically write reviews, but I have to share this one! I had looked for the perfect patio furniture to go behind my RV. I looked on Wayfair and here on Amazon. When I stumbled on this one, I knew it was exactly what I wanted. Only challenge, I didn't have the funds at the time, so I kept my eye on it, and as soon as the money came in, I went to make my purchase. Wouldn't you know it, though, the price went up that very morning! I was so bummed. I looked on Amazon, and found a similar set close to the price I had seen here. I could have bought it there, but I just felt I was supposed to buy from this seller. So I asked them if they could help me out. Because I had just missed the cut-off, they were happy to do what they could. It was a little tricky because inventory had gotten low — that's why the price changed ... people love these! — but they pulled some strings and made it happen. When they delivered the furniture, it arrived a whole week before expected! Everything came together beautifully — it's absolutely stunning, and so comfortable! It has completely transformed my patio and made the most amazing sanctuary. I also love how the glass table top doesn't just rest on the top of the table. It actually nestles within its walls, so it fits firmly in place and doesn't move. Other sectionals I had looked at had the glass on top, and people complained about it shifting. This one's secure. I also love the rounded back cushions, as opposed to the flat ones. They're much more comfortable, and look better. I did add some velcro sheets to hold them in place, just because it can get a little windy where I am. But that was a cheap, simple fix. Putting it together takes a bit of time, but the directions are very clear and simple. Fortunately, I had friends here at my campground to help out. When we got to the last piece, though, that's when we found one of the panels was incorrect. I reached out to the seller, and they promptly shipped out the correct panel immediately. These things happen, and the fact that they took care of it so quickly, really impressed me. I was also impressed with how they kept their word on crediting me with the best possible price. It showed a lot of integrity. And communication was a breeze! The seller is extremely prompt in responding, very courteous, and very pleasant to work with. All this to say, I am SOO glad I bought my furniture here! Every bit of it — the quality of the piece, and the quality of the customer service — were top notch. If you're going to buy patio furniture, don't waste your time elsewhere. This is the place to get it!!

Very nice looking patio furniture- was a little concerned about the height, but it’s great and very comfortable. Can’t believe the quality for the price. Assembly is tedious but not difficult. Highly recommended

Looks great and very sturdy with various layout options to choose from. The size is perfect. It seats 4 adults comfortably without being cramped. I was surprised how sturdy it is with the strong metal frame wrapped in plastic rattan. The assembly isn’t hard to do for one person but it is very tedious and takes several hours. The installation instructions come with a video link but it’s poorly produced and not easy to identify the exact parts that are being used since they’re very similar to other parts. The biggest flaw is that the manufacturer does not label each part that is shipped and it leaves you guessing which parts match the ones shown in the instructions. Some parts are labeled with tiny stickers that fell off so weren’t useful. Assembly doesn’t require any tools other than the Allen wrench provided. BE SURE TO ORGANIZE ALL PARTS AND COUNT THEM BEFORE ASSEMBLY! I received all parts except the tempered glass table top arrived shattered. Customer service was very helpful when I contacted them for a replacement glass which they shipped to me immediately for free. The navy blue cushions are thick and comfy and a true dark navy color. I sprayed mine with a UV/Weather protectant spray to reduce fading and water stains but the fabric seems to be water resistant without applying any spray.

This is an ok patio set. The set up was more than a headache to setup. The instruction video on you tube was scarcely enough to assist. The paper instructions did little justice to assist with the install. The labeling of the parts wasn’t great. There were stickers with lettering of two different characters on one part. This created grave confusion. Some of the screws could hardly fit in the intended holes. If you’re good at assembling stuff like these you will eventually figure out how to assemble the set. The cushions are not thick. After sitting on them for more than 30 mins the area becomes seemingly flat and you now feel as if you’re sitting on a hard surface. The only reason I have not returned this item is because the notes states that to return the item I need to have it back in its original form. Very impossible to accomplish that task to get a good refund if you return. Over all I give this item a 3 out of 5 stars.

A Very nice set. Seems quite sturdy. I would suggest a couple of things before putting it together though. First, it took me about 4 to 5 man hours to put together so make sure you have some time or some assistance. Once you put one of the seats together, the others are identical, so the process will get faster and faster with each assembled seat. Also, I would suggest using a drill with an a bit extender and a hex bit to make screwing the screws in much easier on the hands. Also a socket wrench to hold the nuts in place is much better than the small wrench that is supplied. Finally, the pillows do slide around a good bit so I would suggest purchasing some Velcro strips to attach them to the bottom and back of the chairs. My pup loves it too.
