Bought this chair as a replacement for my old one. It’s was used daily and was good for the first week or so. Then each time it was sat on you could hear plastic cracking. Can’t tell what exactly was cracking but the chair leans forward now. For the price I would expect it to last more than 2 months. Don’t waste your money! Edited to add: the hydraulic that moves the chair up and down has also stopped working. And the cracking we have now found was not plastic but whatever the seat base is made out of. It’s very thin, particle board like. At this point would give zero stars if I could. Edit: after some back and forth with the company (explaining what was wrong, sending pictures of the damage etc) they sent us a new chair! This one has been great! We have had it for about a month with zero issues. Between the customer service provided and the new chair itself I would now recommend this chair. ... show more

Got this for my son for Christmas. It is sturdy, rolls well, has good back support and the cushion is very thick and comfortable. the height of the chair is exactly as we were expecting. It is comparable to other game chairs. It looks good in his room. We got the blue color and he loves it!

This is a good chair and my son loves it. It is comfortable and a good size. The foot rest is OK, but it does not get used much because it does not extend out very far. A little kit could probably kick back and use the foot rest like a recliner, but my 13 year old can only use it if he bends his knees quite a bit. After about 9 months of use it is showing signs of wear, with the center seams showing signs of weakening and getting wear spots. For the money paid for the chair I would expect it to wear a bit better. This is far from an expensive chair, as gaming chairs go, but it is expensive enough that I expect it to last longer before showing signs of wearing out. ... show more

I got this chair in hopes to get a nice gaming chair that has some relaxation options. I spend a lot of time in my chair, so I wanted to get a good one. It was pretty easy to put together. Total time was less than 10 minutes. It came with a large and really easy to understand instructional poster. All in all pretty much anyone who can read can put this together. So I only really have two issues with it. These issues are not enough to reduce its star level though. It's just minor gripes more than issues. The first one is that if you're more than 5'11 and over 220 lbs then don't get this chair. I'm exactly 5'11 and 200 lbs so I can sit on this chair without issue but any more than that and you'll have problems with being too large and issues being able to balance yourself with the reclining options. The second issue is that the massage option is WEAK. It runs using a comically short USB and has very little power to massage anything. It just gives a weak vibration akin to an electric toothbrush or battery powered adult toy. If you want a massage option, get a seperate one to lay on top of the chair. For sure buy this if you want a sturdy reclining gaming chair, but skip it if you're a larger person or if you want more than a tickle of a massage. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had the chair for maybe a month & some change now. But I did want to come leave a review with a solid opinion. The chair came with the right arm broken, I did not notice this until it was completely put together. Instructions were clear & it was pretty simple to put together. The chair is decently comfy. However the left arm comes loose after some light use (which is a pain in the arse) but I digress. It’s not the worst chair out there but it would be nice if it didn’t come defected. No real complaints other than that. Wouldn’t buy this chair again though, I need 2 other gaming chairs & will be looking else where for them. UPDATE!!!- So now the right arm rests top came off and the left arm rest fell off completely and KEEPS coming off. This chair is absolutely trash and it hasn’t even lasted half a year. Not worth the money & I 1000% would not recommend this chair to anyone. I want my money back at this point. It’s not comfortable AT ALL! ... show more

I loved the chair until the base went from sturdy to wobbly. I can't still for long and this chair couldn't handle the excess movement I guess. One day I leaned back to pop my back like I did on several occasions and it tipped winding me on the floor in the chair with the base still sitting with all wheels on the ground. Once I was able to get out of the chair and get on my feet the chair wouldn't sit up right again and the 2 month battle since it has now formed into a stool that moves around like I am on an exercise ball. Considering I found $40 chairs that hold up for yrs this one just really seems overpriced at $200 and I couldn't even use it 1 full yr ... show more
