The instructions were very easy to understand and labeled well. It comes with screw already installed that you remove, then put back with the piece in place. The foot rest is perfect for how I sit comfortably. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

I got this weird chlinderthing with it. I has a USB but I haven't plugged it in so I have no idea what it is or does. It came in the cushion of the chair.

I saw all the good reviews and had to get one. I work from home 3 days a week so I needed a comfortable chair. I was super impressed at how easy it was to install all the nails were already attached to each piece so you just had to unscrew the nails and follow the instructions and it was done in less than 10 minutes. However, once it was put together, it felt very light and cheap, so I think I may get another couple months out of this chair and that'll be it, which is disappointing. The chair itself is alright, it's more or less the metal pieces that are cheap and feel like they will just bend/break easily. p.s. this is also a really great chair if you're a slim person. My hubby is on the heavier side and it was a no go. ... show more
