I changed my review from 2 star to 5 star due to quick customer service!!! I appreciate the offer and am willing to try there tablet again. The sound is good, has a clear picture, and very light. Going on vacation ,so Downloaded 8 movies from prime for my husband, to watch, not that he will watch them all, but this way he has a variety to chose from. Download was surprising quick. My husband said it turn on quickly. Still lot of memory left, even after added numerous games to play. When your on a plane, its nice to have options. Would recommend to others. Husband can't wait to try on our vacation.

I got this device for my son (who is younger and does not have huge data games) for Christmas. It appeared to be a good device and looked legit. It seemed fine when I took it out and set it up. The time zone would NOT change no matter what but I thought ‘oh well, no biggie’, then a week or so later it glitched out, the screen went black, and it had to be restarted. Since then it has done it more time and seems to be getting slower with each “episode”. Last night it reset itself and had to be re-setup. I went to start a return and of course the window for return closed yesterday! I would NOT recommend this device!

The media could not be loaded. Easy to setup! Definitely needed to wait a day for it to charge out of the package but after that it was fine. Tablet is preloaded with google and several other apps. I downloaded Netflix, Facebook, yahoo email and a game i still have space left! Watched a movie on Netflix with no buffering! Good sound, for the size of the tablet. Great for me since I don’t want to use my phone to play games and stream tv/movies all night. Can add multiple users, parental controls and screen lock! Definitely a great buy for the price!

Update: I could not figure out why this device seems slow when so many other people had no problems with it. After running some speed tests which showed it operated at half the speed of my other devices, I reached out to the company that made the tablet and I learned that the tablet can only utilize 2.4G speeds. We are fortunate to live in an area where we have much higher speeds and so naturally we are used to all of our devices working very quickly. So when I compare this tablet to other tablets we have in the house it seems very slow. If your Internet is of a more average speed than this should probably be fine for you. And it’s also fine for some basic browsing and gameplay. My daughter doesn’t seem to notice any speed issues. It’s really just my son tries to use games like Roblox. For the price however, it’s a very capable device. Old review: I got this in the hopes of it being a tablet for my son to play Roblox. Some reviewer had said that it was able to handle that. But I found even just basic functions like logging in or downloading an app or painfully slow. We have the fastest Internet you can get and regularly have numerous devices on our network and never notice a slow connection. Just to be sure I went and checked it at a friends house who also has high speed Internet and it was the same issue. i’m not sure if there’s a way to increase the speed with a Sim card. I don’t think that’s how that works. I’m going to have to return it and find some thing else. Also the screen was so so. Certainly possible for a kid. But not great quality

This is the second tablet that I buy on amazon and it lags. It lagged from the begining but I thought it was just a glitch. Winded up being defective. The sound button only worked for about a month then it wouldn't take a charge, we have to charge it twice a day. The screen is awesome but I guess next time I'll have to save up for a name brand.

After reading ALL of the reviews, what stood out for me was the ease of use, so that even children could use this tablet. Let's face it. My IT skills leave much to be desired, so a tablet that is easy to use was my main priority. The set-up was easy, and it was very easy to maneuver to many of the websites, with which I am familiar. And, the price? This tablet was, price wise, right where I needed it to be. It was replacing my HP tablet, which was so hard for me to use, it ended up on a closet shelf. I am so happy with this purchase. It is lightweight, with a nice screen size, and my "go to," when I don't feel like using my desktop computer. This will become my "travel" computer!
