I normally never write reviews but I have to for this one. I bought this tablet for the sole purpose of reading music off of it while performing. It had 1 job. The tablet I had before is 7 years old & it started having issues charging so I wanted to get something new preemptively so I wouldn’t be stuck without one. The touch screen and internet were super slow to respond from the beginning & the picture quality was much worse than my Lenovo tablet that was 7 years older. I still kept it because, like I said, all I needed to do with it was read music. One day, I loaded some new songs onto it in the morning then put it in its case and then also into a cushioned gig bag before going to my gig. It wasn’t dropped, scratched or bumped on the drive there. It just sat, well protected. When I got to my gig, my screen stopped working. I thought it was just frozen so I used the buttons to restart it. But when the screen was black, I saw it had internal scratches under the screen. They couldn’t be felt on the screen. I have no idea how it happened on the 15 minute drive from my house to my gig but the touch screen completely stopped working and it’s trash now after only having it a few months. I see people walk around with completely cracked phone screens that they’re still able to use- I don’t know how these tiny lines got there nor how they completely ruined the touch screen. I read that they have a 1 year warranty but I cannot find any contact for the company to try to ask about it? Does anyone else know how to contact them? Either way, I would NOT recommend this tablet. Spend a bit more and get a Lenovo because you’ll wind up having to pay for this and a new tablet anyway if you go with this cheaper option. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Easy to setup! Definitely needed to wait a day for it to charge out of the package but after that it was fine. Tablet is preloaded with google and several other apps. I downloaded Netflix, Facebook, yahoo email and a game i still have space left! Watched a movie on Netflix with no buffering! Good sound, for the size of the tablet. Great for me since I don’t want to use my phone to play games and stream tv/movies all night. Can add multiple users, parental controls and screen lock! Update: I could not figure out why this device seems slow when so many other people had no problems with it. After running some speed tests which showed it operated at half the speed of my other devices, I reached out to the company that made the tablet and I learned that the tablet can only utilize 2.4G speeds. We are fortunate to live in an area where we have much higher speeds and so naturally we are used to all of our devices working very quickly. So when I compare this tablet to other tablets we have in the house it seems very slow. If your Internet is of a more average speed than this should probably be fine for you. And it’s also fine for some basic browsing and gameplay. My daughter doesn’t seem to notice any speed issues. It’s really just my son tries to use games like Roblox. For the price however, it’s a very capable device. Old review: I got this in the hopes of it being a tablet for my son to play Roblox. Some reviewer had said that it was able to handle that. But I found even just basic functions like logging in or downloading an app or painfully slow. We have the fastest Internet you can get and regularly have numerous devices on our network and never notice a slow connection. Just to be sure I went and checked it at a friends house who also has high speed Internet and it was the same issue. i’m not sure if there’s a way to increase the speed with a Sim card. I don’t think that’s how that works. I’m going to have to return it and find some thing else. Also the screen was so so. Certainly possible for a kid. But not great quality ... show more

I wanted to like this tablet, particularly since it was affordable. However, I'm probably sending it back. Pros: It has a decent amount of space, depending on what you need it for. All the apps we use work on it. It's large enough for people with eyesight issues. There's also the option to add a data service. Cons: From go, there is some type of residu on the screen that makes us wipe on it a million times a day. It feels off-putting. That said, the touchscreen isn't the most receptive. The cameras may as well not exist. I haven't seen this awful a cam since devices made 10 or more years ago. Moving on, we watch a lot of video, such as YouTube, but the videos lag. Basically, I just can't find enough positive aspects to make this worth $100. Too bad. I bought a case too. ... show more
