The Electric Pressure Washer by Fengrong, is a functional pressure washer that helps cut through those at home cleaning jobs. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying. I. Quality – The quality was lower than I was hoping and somewhat disappointing. The hose and attachments feel cheap and like they might have a short life span. The overall quality I’d put in the upper side of the lower tier on the quality scale leaving me to wonder how long it’ll survive. II. Performance – The functionality is decent for at home use. It can pressure through a car wash or driveway cleaning pretty good. The flow rate is too low for large or commercial jobs to be viable. The electric motor doesn’t sound as smooth as you would hope and it has a terrible smell when operating, but it has continued to keep going without failure. Overall, this is a decent choice for at home use only and has continue to get the job done for me every time I’ve asked it. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it. You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product.     • Tested by professional pressure washer.
I own a pressure washing business. I have multiple trucks with many machines, so this was fun to try out. Our machines are gas powered and obviously much bigger and more powerful. None the less, this little machine is useful because it's small, easy to set up, and has a little power. First, when we wash things we DO NOT use high pressure. We rely on FLOW and cleaners, NOT pressure, to do the job. Our machines are all 8 gallons per minute minimum (gpm). This won't ever come close to that, but it does sport a rating of 1.6gpm. This is not far off from your typical home store pressure washer you can buy. Those run anywhere from 2-4 gpm. Flow is always king when washing things. Imagine taking a shower through a drinking straw. The abysmal flow would drive you nuts, but if it was a fire hose, you'd take a fast hot shower with ease! Same goes for pressure washing. That said, 1.6gpm is enough for use around the home or for car washing, etc. I used this to wash a big lifted 2500HD Duramax and it was more than enough for the job. I also cleaned some concrete with the wand, although not the way I like to do it, it was sufficient for small jobs like walkways and small driveways. A lot of things about this are just cheesy. The thing that holds the gun on the side pops off when you pull up on the gun. Totally useless. The knob for the hose reel falls off constantly and is totally useless. The hose reel itself is nearly useless without the knob, but it will hold the hose, it's just a real pain to roll it up. The unit is just too light to spin the reel and have it hold still. The cord holder on the back is almost pointless. The little tray with the lid for tips is cool so you don't lose them. My very first impression of this machine was that it smells like burning electrical DEATH. Every piece of equipment that's had that strong of an electrical burning smell usually dies fast. This has NOT failed, but it sure stinks when you run it. I put it to the test multiple times on multiple jobs, many days apart and it has NOT failed me yet. I took one star for the stink, because it really hurts my faith in the product and its longevity. I made this thing work hard for a long time without releasing the trigger. It had no issues but smell. I can't kill it yet, so that's a good sign. That smell of burning electrical is not though. The pump is powerful, and it shuts off completely when not triggered. The pressure is instant and strong every time you pull the trigger. It will easily blast dirt away at high pressure, and did a great job cleaning my truck. I never felt like I really needed more flow than what I was getting. It's sufficient for sure. I used their little foamer on my truck. It puts out a TON of foam REALLY fast. It drains the bottle almost too fast for my liking. You can not adjust the foamer at all, it's just go or no go. If you move quick, one foamer full is enough for a big crew cab truck like mine. I don't like that half the wand has to come off to put the foamer attachment on, but this isn't pro grade equipment. So far, this thing has held up well. Again, it doesn't have the kind of flow we need for professional exterior cleaning, but for you at home washing your vehicles or driveway, this is plenty sufficient. No gas needed, no oil changes, just spray and pray the electric motor holds up. I am actually having fun with this machine, and am quite pleased with it for simple stuff. Certainly not the greatest pressure washer I have owned, but it’s small and gets the job done. Cleaning some of my pavers from mold and whatever those black things are took some time with 15 or 25 degrees heads, but it cleaned them out. Then I washed my car after 6 months with the 45 degrees head, but it did not remove everything. I knew it probably wouldn’t work because it needs shampoo, but it was a good baseline. The pressure hose management is not the easiest. You have to unplug one side to be able to rotate the retracting wheel. Also I don’t like the design of the back hose connector. It doesn’t assure a long leak free uses, so I plan to get a short hose extension and keep it connected there so I don’t have to remove it every time. Lastly, the gun holder part keeps coming off. There’s no latch for that piece to lock it or any screws to make it attached to the body permanently. Overall, I think for the price it’s a good little machine.
