**"Great Features, but Lumbar Comfort Could Be Better"** I am sitting on this office chair by FelixKing as I write this review, and initially, I wanted to rate it a 2/5 because the lumbar support felt no better than an uncomfortable wooden church pew. Then I discovered the lumbar plate is adjustable—an impressive feature I’ve never seen in an office chair of this type. I am 5'7" and adjusted the plate to its lowest position, just above my hips, which significantly improved the comfort. Out of the box, the plate was positioned higher, near my thoracic spine, and that was deeply uncomfortable. Depending on your height, you may find the higher position works better for you. Your level of comfort will depend heavily on how you adjust the plate. That said, the lumbar plate is still a hard piece of plastic with only the mesh backing separating you from it. While it’s more comfortable than many chairs I’ve used, it would be perfect with added cushioning. The rest of the chair is excellent. Both the height and armrests are adjustable, and the seat cushion is a standout feature. It feels like memory foam and is incredibly comfortable, though I wish the cover were removable and washable. If that’s a concern for you, an inexpensive seat cover can solve the problem. Overall, it’s a premium-feeling office chair with solid features and adjustability. Just make sure you take the time to adjust the lumbar plate to find your ideal support.

With chairs I’ve gotten in the past, they often move around or make creaking noises when used, but I’m glad this is not the case with this office chair. It came with incredibly easy-to-follow instructions (plus some extra spare parts), and I had no trouble assembling it on my own. The cushioning and back support are very comfortable, and I was impressed that there’s no noise or discomfort when swiveling, adjusting the height, or tilting. I’ve been using it for a while now, and it still feels just as sturdy as the day I put it together. It’s been a great addition to my home office, and I really appreciate how smooth and quiet the movements are. I can already tell it’s built to last, and it’s definitely a chair I’ll be sticking with for a while.

Assembly was very easy and quick. No issues putting it together. I really wanted to like this chair but no matter how much I adjusted it, it just does not feel that comfortable. The whole feel of it is a bit off for me. The seat cushion is firm, the lumbar support is there but not great, and overall, it just does not sit quite right. It is not unbearable but I would rate the comfort around a six out of ten. I am on the heavier side but still well below the weight limit, so I expected it to feel more supportive than it does. The mesh back is nice for airflow and the flip up armrests are a good feature for saving space. It is a simple and functional chair that gets the job done, but the comfort just is not quite there for me.
