Updated Review: Pros: Easy to put together, rolls well, seems solid, not too heavy, customer service is very responsive. I ordered this based off the reviews as well as the dimensions listed on the picture. First off - the Dimensions on the Picture state the seat cushion is 20.5 inches wide. The chair I received is only 19 inches wide at the widest point any way I measure it. Update: I brought this up to the company and they are supposed to be working with the manufacturer to correct this. There is also a rip in the bottom of the fabric on the seat cushion upon opening the box. The chair was packed well and there was no way it was ripped when opening the box the way the seat cushion was packed. This was definitely a manufacturing defect. I have emailed the company, we will see what they say. - Update: They have fixed this without issue. Customer service was very good! As for comfort - the seat cushion is pretty hard and as NO contour. It is just flat. I couldn't get the headrest positioned well for me, so I just took it off. May work for some people. Update: Seat may be softening some. Getting more used to it. If you need customer service - use the email address they put on the instructions. They emailed back within 24 hours.

I have been sufferring from terrible neck and tail bone pain from my current desk chair so been looking for a nice comfortable chair because I work from home and sit at a desk all day long. So after reading the reviews I gave this one a try and I am so glad I did. Today was my first day with the chair and I went from squirming in pain after about 4 hours to no pain at all for my entire shift. No neck pain and no lower hip/back pain. It was pretty easy to put together mostly already put together. I do suggest taking a hammer and lightly tapping the wheels into the hole because at first I thought they just sat on the bottom but they do actually lock in place, they kept falling out on me. That was the hardest part but I got a small hammer and just tapped them into place and everything else was super easy. My only complaint would be the material on the arm rest is a little rough but everything else was amazing. Definitely recommended and you can't go wrong for the price. Great upper back/neck support and the neck piece is adjustable and slides up and down and the actual neck pad is adjustable too.

I was in the market for a new chair to relieve some back pain caused by poor posture and took a chance with this chair. The seat is approximately 18"deep and 19"wide. The back from the seat top is approximately 22" tall with an additional 7" for the headrest. The back has an adjustable support (moves up and down, not in and out for depth of pressure). The arms can move up out of the way independently from each other and the headrest moves in different positions to provide neck support. The height of the chair from the base of the seat to the floor ranges from 17"-21". The wheels move easily on my rubber floor mat. The seat has a comfortable amount of cushion, but the arms lack cushion. The material/fabric used is mesh (see photo), which is not too uncomfortable to sit on, but it allows fallen hair to get weaved in. My fallen hair weaves in so tight that I need to use tweezers to remove the hair slowly to prevent it from breaking off within. This chair, in combination with my stand-up desk, has helped relieve my back pain and improve my posture.

Great comfortable chair. Very easy to put together. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. Was able to do it by myself rather quickly. Arms move up if you dont want to use them. Chair height is adjustable to good height. Leans back. The only down fall is, when you unlock the chair to allow the back to lean back, you cant lock it into place at a certain angle. It must be locked into place upright.

I ordered this chair to replace my worn out daily office chair. I took my time to consider a good number of highly-rated options, and this one met all my criteria. The item arrived with no damage, and the assembly instructions were clear. I appreciate the extra nuts and bolts included. I initially questioned whether the plastic material would be strong enough; but once assembled, I found the chair to be sturdy and supportive. Everything came together without difficulty. The component and build quality seem very good. I am 5'10" and 185 lbs: and I find the seat height adjustability, the seat cushion's firmness, the lumbar support, breathable mesh back, and swiveling headrest -- all comfortable. The recline feature adjusts to my preferred tension, and the arm rests swing up and out of the way easily, with the right amount of resistance. I have no problems working all day in this chair at my IT job. I can see why other reviewers mention the somewhat rough fabric on the arm rests, but it doesn't bother me at all. I would purchase this item again without hesitation.

I read the reviews, primarily the one stars, we have had this over a month now and it's working just fine. It was a gift for my husband, the only thing he didn't like was the height of the arms and the recline took some getting used to. For the arms we bought extenders which made it higher for him. It was super easy to put together. I will update a picture later.
