This works perfect for me to put in my morning smoothie, along with my flax powder and various other superfood powders and proteins. I do suggest that they package this in a canister as opposed to a Ziploc type bag in order to make it easier to serve without making a mess!

Sometimes you can just tell the high quality of a natural health product and this is that, along with being very fresh. The value for the quantity received is high, as well. I bought this form of turmeric to add to my daily protein shake in hopes that it would help me with pain relief and digestion. Though I have used this for a few weeks, I can't say that I've noticed improvements with pain relief, yet digestion has been more effective (now that I think about it). The size of the bag is quite generous so you won't have to purchase it too frequently. I will continue purchasing it myself.

I have had inflammation for much of my adult life. Because this is a contributing cause of many health problems, I try to keep it under control usually with Boswellia and Bromelain which help considerably. After receiving the package I took a quarter teaspoon of this curcumin powder and couldn’t believe how good I felt the next morning. I looked and felt slimmer, had a bounce my step, and had considerably more energy. All thanks to the lack of inflammation. The problem is turmeric has a deadly effect on me in terms of diarrhea. After the third dose I spent half my day in the bathroom and NOTHING helped except psyllium to some extent. It actually took three days to go back to normal . This is a known possible side effect and it is unfortunate that I have it but if you suffer from inflammation, and have no problems with turmeric, please try this. It works wonders.
