The media could not be loaded. The concept is great, however it should probably be a little heavier and reinforced. I am 195lbs and tried this myself and thought I heard it cracking. I could definitely tell it was giving to my weight. Thankfully, we got this for my son who completes in Ninja warrior and obstacles courses. At his weight, it was fine. In the video, he demonstrates the 4 muscle groups that can be worked with the board. It is a good idea, showing you positions to focus the pushups on specific muscles and with optional positions for each. The handles set inside the back and it folds up (held closed with magnets). The plastic is thin and handling it feels like it will not last. I would also not recommend using this on thick carpet as it seems to put more stress on the outside edges and it folds a little at the hinged center depending on where you place the handle grips. Unless you are using this for a child or teenager, I would not recommend this for a regular workout.

I can feel the burn on my targeted muscles. Plus I like that it's so easy to fold up and doesn't occupy a lot of space. Nice design product.

I got this thinking I could use it on almost any surface. The long base is made of a thin plastic material, the slot holes are supported so the handles will slide in smoothly and snug. However, the base is so thin I would not use this on anything except hardwood, tile, or concrete flooring. There is too much give in the base to make me feel safe using it. So keep that in mind when ordering this product.

As a workout enthusiast, I look forward to trying new items to use in my home gym. This product does do a nice job targeting different muscle groups via different hand positions. When it arrived however, the first pressure I applied to it did cause the magnets to fall off from the back of the product. Not a huge deal for me, as some adherent can remedy this, but my kids did use it alongside me and would be more apt to try putting something like these in their mouth. These could be a choking hazard and a safety issue, hence the 4 star vs 5 star. It was a great product however for kids and teaching them different push-up positions. Very easy on the wrists, as my wrists do have some pain with traditional push-ups. Product may wear over time with a larger individuals using it, due to being made of plastic, but for occasional workout enthusiasts it seems like a great product to have in a home gym setup.

This FEECCO Push Up Board, Foldable Pushup Board with Soft Handles has allowed me to maximize my pushup work out. The settings on the board allow you to adjust the handles to work different upper parts of the chest , back and arms. I realize since using this FEECCO Push Up Board, Foldable Pushup Board with Soft Handles that I've been doing my pushups wrong using this board helps me to better isolate my muscles for a much more intense work out. The convivence of this board folding allows me to put it off to the side or store it reasonable with little effort. This FEECCO Push Up Board, Foldable Pushup Board with Soft Handles provides me a much more intense workout all with adjusting the pegs or handles in the color coordinate sections of the board. The Pushup board is solid I would recommend and its a really good price point you get so much for so little.

I like the idea of the FEECCO Push Up Board, Foldable Pushup Board with Soft Handles, as it allows me to continue doing pushups, even with damaged wrists. The padded grips allow me to switch up my grip -away from direct pressure on palms, to a closed fist, rotated to focus on chest, back, shoulders, and triceps. The board and grips are lightweight, and can be folded up to store, taking up very little space. I removed 1 star because the board uses magnets, as retention when closed, but both magnets were loose when received. I had to use some super glue to affix them back in position...now it works as it should.
