Got the extra large, but the top strap was so tight, that I think it was keeping me from tightening the brace around my kneecap. Even pulling the two middle straps and the bottom strap is tight as I could, this gave me absolutely no support to the kneecap area. The side ribs and around the kneecap is foam, not metal. This brace was just tight around my thigh and did nothing for the rest of the knee didn't provide support for the kneecap area which is what I need.

The product itself looks like it's made well & would work like you'd need it to but I don't know that for sure because it doesn't fit. The incorrect size was sent the first time, reordered & they sent the same size again. Only option is for a refund. I wanted the brace but maybe only being able to get a refund is Devine intervention to prevent future hassles? I'm sure I can find something from another seller, maybe even a better product.
