IM IN LOVE… I ordered the 5xl/6xl for my meniscus tear! I’m a plus model lol and when I tell you that it not only stays in place but the support is under estimated! Most knee victims look for a brace that stays in place, I can honestly say that this has to be the best money I’ve paid for a knee brace. The only issue is the sizing when I first got the brace it fit great, almost perfectly…but because I wear it all the time, it has became loose and the fabric is bunched up terribly. I’m about to order a size down and even if it’s tight at first, I’m glad to know that it’ll loosen up after wearing it, and fits perfectly!

I have a complex complete meniscus tear and this brace works well. It has helped with my pain and allows me to get up from a chair much easier. I wear it everyday and will until it falls apart, lol. On structure, The top strap is a little short while the bottom strap is too long, lol. The middle strap is way too short and barely makes it around.

After reading all the reviews and measuring my leg I ordered this brace. I will say that my measurements put me at the top end of the 5x. The positives: the brace supports very well. I was dealing with a lot of pain after a soft tissue injury. This brace greatly reduced the pain I was in. The negative: the first day I wore it to work it fit great. Every day after that I had to adjust it multiple times during the day. I walk a lot at my job. The second day the brace actually slipped down my leg. No matter how much I tighten, I still have to resit it at least twice in an eight hour day. (Every 3 hours or so) All of the readjusting aside, I do like the brace. It goes on fairly easily and quickly and works. However, if you're at the top end of the measurements, I'd keep looking.

I paid very special attention to the sizing chart and how to measure. I measured twice and both times got 23" which is well within the 3x/4x range on the chart. I bought the 3x/4x as the chart states. When the brace arrived it was too big. Not by a little bit but a lot too big. I measured myself again and checked the chart and still, this was the size that was supposed to fit. I tried to wear the brace but it kept slipping down. I would stop and cinch up the velcro but there was just no way to get it to fit without the hold become too far from the knee to work. I did not feel it was right to return something i wore so I am out the money. The best I can do is warm people the chart is not correct. I was extremely disappointed as it is very hard to find knee braces for larger people like myself.

I had measured per the directions on the product info and determines that I should order the 3xl size. That arrived and it was way too big so I returned it and ordered the regular size. That arrived but while it seems to fit better, there was a lot of extra material bunching up when you cinched up the straps. It was very uncomfortable. The workmanship is nice but the design is poor.

Brace runs large, I would recommend order size smaller than they show. With that being said, I have tried different braces in the past and they didn't help much. They always slipped down when I walked. This brace helps with knee pain, as soon as you put it on. I love that the straps go through a loop, to make it more secure and not slip down. I would 100% recommend buying it.
