I ordered these chairs thinking that they would like nice, and be a simple solution to chairs that I've owned for years that just fell apart. There are so many issues with these that it's hard to explain them all. They LOOK nice. But inside is a horrible mess. The screws weren't long enough to use with the included washers. The holes are misaligned in the back so at least two of them don't have a second screw to support them. They consistently loosen throughout the day, becoming wobbly and therefore unsafe. I have a very active child that does therapy at the table and these chairs were a hazard. The velcro cover on the bottom of one ripped as I was taking it off to tighten the screws AGAIN. The seller didn't respond to my email, instead they just shipped another package of the original screws that came with the chairs. Overall, these were very disappointing and in the end, I called Amazon and they refunded my money. I searched for chairs I can touch, see and sit in before buying now because I just can't fathom getting something online again. ... show more

3 chairs were perfect, 4th chair was a problem. Each chair has two fixed legs and 2 that you have to assemble. 3 legs were 14 inches. One of the fixed chair legs was 141/2 inches. We had to shave off 1/2 inch and purchase a new cap to balance chair. Company needs better quality control.

The delivery is no good! They left the box out in the side walk. Any one could have taken it. Good thin I was here and saw it out the fence. At least he could honck so I'll knew it was here.
