I bought this while visiting my daughter's home this fall in the Seattle area. With all the rain there we were not able to enjoy the back yard. We also bought seating that came with a small couch, two chairs, and a table and there is still more than enough room for two or three more chairs. To top it off, we bought a propane fire pit table and placed it in the center. Cozy with the grands to do smores. The tent ist too complicated to put up, but the instructions could be more specific and it definitely needs more than one person to install. The fabric is nice and perfect for the fall

Used this for an outdoor public event and it look great help up nicely and went up without any trouble! Take down was quick and everything fit nicely in the bag. I used 3 6-foot table in a U shape, and it work out perfect! Plenty of room! no bent parts no parts bent during set up or tear down durable and looks great!

Much better than I expected for the price. It's strong and sturdy, and provides a ton of covered area. Getting the canopy attached wasn't too bad if you read the directions, I wouldn't recommend winging it, as this is different than any other canopy you've likely used. The coverage extends past the frame, providing a large covered area, but it looks complex at first. Keeps the rain off, and while i haven't tried the screened walls, I certainly will in the Spring when the mosquitos emerge.

When taking the canopy out of the bag, one corner was broken. Also noticed that there are no other options for in-between. On the legs. Either all the way up or all the way down. No inbetween.

If you want a permanent tent this fits the bill, but if you want a portable tent I would choose another. A Good tent that is not easy to put up or take down
