Much better than I expected for the price. It's strong and sturdy, and provides a ton of covered area. Getting the canopy attached wasn't too bad if you read the directions, I wouldn't recommend winging it, as this is different than any other canopy you've likely used. The coverage extends past the frame, providing a large covered area, but it looks complex at first. Keeps the rain off, and while i haven't tried the screened walls, I certainly will in the Spring when the mosquitos emerge.

The big selling point on this item is how big the canopy is. It covers a wide space, plenty of room for my family and some friends. It is pretty intuitive to put up, but I do have a lot of experience with canopies like this. Typically takes 2-3 people (1 if you want to spend some extra time) and goes by pretty quickly. Under 10 minutes easy. But I did have a bit of trouble the first few times to get the roof just right. It took some practice, but I have the hang of it now. I like some of the finishing touches it includes, namely the vented roof and the covered poles/legs. The pole/leg covers gives it a bit more sophisticated look, but does take a bit to get to look just right. And the vented roof does seem to help with heat control when it's hot out. You don't see the vent too often and it is noticeably cooler with it. It is pretty heavy to handle though. Definitely takes some strength. Fortunately, the case (which stores everything very nicely) includes some wheels on one side of the bottom, allowing for easier transport. Material, both fabric and frame, feels like a good level of quality. It seems it's going to be able to hold up to wear and tear for several years. Price is pretty fair for canopies.

This pop up canopy works great. The fabric seems heavy-duty, with a reflective material on the underside. Also, I like this dark gray color. (To me, this has a slight deep green tint, too.) The metal frame is fairly easy to set up and seems reasonably strong. Some of the joints needed to be tightened up, and there's quite a bit of plastic, so things can't be forced. Initially, it took 2 of us to get it working. With some practice, I can now do it solo by jacking up one side and then the other. Also, it's easier for me to just leave the fabric top in place. (This will make it tough to fit in the bag, though). Once up, it is stable and the wind mostly passes through the canopy rather than catching it. Also, I like that the whole thing can be lowered to make it hunker down more. The included weight bags work fine, but I prefer the screw-in anchors for use in sand.

Tent looks great! It is high end durable and solid. It was very simple to set it up and take it down. I do recommend two people to ensure its done properly though. Great value and have a lready used it a few times and still in great condition.

I’m hoping to get at least two beach seasons out of this canopy. The “clicking” hardware (including the center click rod required to lock everything in place) is very cheap plastic so I will be treating this very carefully when setting it up and taking it down. Some of the joint screws/nuts were pretty loose and almost falling off so I had to tighten several. I’ll need to keep an eye on them after a few uses to see if they loosen up again. The instructions are lacking but it wasn’t too hard to figure things out. It took me about 30 minutes for the first setup. I expect subsequent uses to be only a few minutes. I found the leg streamers (for a lack of a better description) to be useless and they really got in the way of setup and take town so I quickly cut them off. You’d never know they were there in the first place unless I told you. Take down was fairly simple. I’ve never been one to remove the fabric from the frame of any of my previous canopies so I left it on with this one as well. The included case/travel cover is very tight fitting. It took two people to put the canopy into it with one person squeezing the bag zipper closed while the other person did the actual zipping. The included nail down spikes are actually pretty heavy duty and I would feel comfortable using them in grass or dirt. They would probably pull out if used in sand. The sand bags seemed to be OK but I will probably never use them. For the price, I’m happy with it.
