Great quality! It came with directions for sizing that were easy to follow and helped me find my fit. The inserts are easy to clean and put in and take out of my pump. I’ve always despised pumping because it was uncomfortable and made me sore afterwards. I was using the 24mm flange that came with my pump until a lactation specialist suggested these. Turns out I needed a much smaller size flange. Finding the right size helped with pumping pain and increased my milk output! Straightforward, compatible with my Dr. Brown Customflow pump. Great for if you need a different size on each side! Soft silicone works well with elastic tissue and is pretty comfortable. Size guide is very helpful. Milk sometimes gets trapped between flange and inserts so make sure to lean forward when removing pump and give the flange a good squeeze, or spin the inserts to release milk in and not out! ... show more
