We purchased this to give some shade on our patio - without overpowering the space. My husband was able to assembly it easily by himself - just took a little time. Because he is 6'5" tall he was also able to move it okay by lifting it in the middle - but typically that will require another set of hands. It's not super heavy, but sturdy and because it can get windy where we live it will be fixed to the concrete. Right now we are considering if we want to get a second one to expand the shade area - but happy with the way it covers our wicker patio furniture in that area without feeling super closed in. I like that it does let light in on the top panels, but removes the UV while diminishing the heat!

Very high quality product. Takes a little time to assemble so be patient. Instructions could be improved a little but it all comes together. Customer service is exceptional. A few parts were damaged in shipment and I had replacements sent by FedEx and received in 2 days. Had a few questions on assembly so I emailed customer service and received answers within 1 day. I was very pleased with their quick response and the answers to my questions.

There’s quite a bit wrong here. 1. Very flimsy aluminum parts. Everything on here WILL bend. A little too much pressure and it’s warped. 2. The parts included come at an angle, so the legs will bow toward the center. You have to bend the joints attaching from the legs to the top to get them to go straight up and down. 3. Not all the parts were included. Nothing major on this, just some center pieces to cap off the aluminum ends. 4. The roofing doesn’t quite line up correctly. So you have to “fines” it in. 5. Once put together, it’s definitely a 3 person job to put it up. Once put together, it doesn’t look half bad. But it’s so flimsy, living in a costal area, one good gust of wind and this things an accident waiting to happen. Unless you have concrete bolts to hold it down. Even so, I’d recommend putting a couple reinforcement beams on it. If your over 6’ 2”, your going to hit your head on the shorter end. Hope this helps.

My husband didn’t have any problems building it, but it’s very time consuming when you do it by yourself and once you build the stop half, you’ll need at least 2-3 people to lift it to install the second half of the bottom. The only thing I wish it had was a more opaque roof, but we’re thinkin of painting over it so should be an easy fix. All in all, good product, did have 1 set of screws missing and definitely recommend to anchor to the ground for more stability!

The media could not be loaded. I love this pergola it was a perfect fit for were i wan it to put it ,it was really easy to put together i really love the fact that it came with extra part just in case it needed to be replaced in the future,the build quality is really good and for the price is great is not expensive like others and is all aluminum that is not going to get rusted like other ones in the market i will get another one soon because also with this pergola you can add more to make it wider and bigger really good purchase i recommend it to anyone who wants a pergola and don’t want to pay that crazy amount of money.
