Perfect Gift for any dad who's a Mr. Fix-it type of guy around the house. Got it for my dad, obviously, and it's a really good quality tape measure and has a good, solid feel about it, good heavy weight, and seems very durable, so I know it's something he'll use often, and the fact that it's got a little note to Dad on the side that he can see from time to time is just the icing on the cake that makes it a really fun, thoughtful gift, and it is definitely priced right as well to be a great gift for any occasion or even a stocking stuffer, especially if you're thinking of getting Dad any type of tools or power tools for Christmas... add one of these for a great finishing touch! Tape measures always seem to lose their 'retractability.' This very inexpensive but high-quality version has performed way better than the previous 4-5 from 'Name Brands" I eventually trashed. I heartily recommend this. Ignore the Dad label and buy this for anyone who needs a quality but inexpensive tape measure.

Got this while it was on sale for like $4, so didnt expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised at how great the quality is! I peeled off the "Dad" sticker because... I'm a girl lol. This tape measure is basic but the quality is akin to that of my more expensive ones. It's heavy (good weight), locking function works well, strong rigid measuring tape, and gets the job done. Love it!
