still new to this bike, but so far I love it. been riding bikes since 1959, sure helps me get up some of those challenging hills that are tough now! Update: I have found that even with Neuropathy that I can still ride this bike. Keeps my legs moving with out foot pressure and achey knees afterward. I like the step through feature. the engineering on this bike is amazing. I ride it on my sand track and it doesn't bog down in the sand bogs. I had to read the instruction manual 3 times because it is a translation from chinese but I finally got it. did 3.3 miles today and my feet don't hurt!!! ... show more

Contacted the buyer for support and didn't get any response.Stripped bolts, motor that stuttered.My second bike from the first bike, would not stay unfolded had to put a strap to keep the bike from folding while riding

The bike is great, my wife loves to ride on this bike. My main issue with this bike and the reason for a 3 star is because it came pretty much damage. It works electrically but physically it has a lot of issues. First (as in my photos) the bike fenders are leaning more left than straight. This causes the tires to scratch the fender if I don't press on the fender to bend it back straight. Second the back piece that has an attachable cushion for storage is not aligned correctly, this caused unavoidable scratches that are made on the bikes fender. Not only is it not aligned right, but the back left hole where you can put the attachment inside to push it in to lock is bent downward. So the attachment can easily slide through the 3 holes made but can not enter the bent part. Also the bike came with 2 scratchs already on the bike before I even started assembling the bike. And lastly there is a zip tie that was scratching on the side of the tire and to prevent this, I had to cut a small piece of it off, although this made a small gap, it is still too close for comfort that I have to constantly check the tire and zip tie. But other than the physical bike itself, the bike runs great, fast and easy to assemble. It's also easy to understand the menu and how to set up personal desires on the screen. ... show more

I've had the ebike a few months now. It arrived on date expected, was well packaged and easy to assemble. It has now been used on road and off-road with ease. I did have a small accident, hit a rock straight on, but the bike endured with just a scrape. I wish I would have been that lucky. The charge has a lot of life, it lasts forever. The bike is easy to use both in manual and auto mode. It will get you where you want, and quickly if you are brave enough. My husband has one too, we are very glad we puchased them. Bike looks great but it shipped without the part needed to screw in the handlebar stem. I will update my review accordingly when customer service gets back to me, I am very excited to try the bike out! Box was slightly damaged, it's possible that the part fell out in transit
