This is my first E-bike, but I am experienced with bicycles. Assembly: Assembly was pretty straightforward. All the tools were in the box. You'll probably want to use your own wrenches and screwdriver, though, as these are very cheap. The Alan keys were decent. The instructions were very clear and detailed. The other components are very sturdy and well made, as was the bicycle itself. It took me about 2 hours to complete assembly. Operating instructions: This is a big negative for the bike. For experienced E-bike people this might not be a big deal, but the controls aren't very intuitive for beginners There are no operating instructions. None. The link for the app was broken for Android. Going to the website didn't help. I finally had to watch a couple of reviews of the bike to figure out how to use the electronics and how to engage the motor. Riding: Overall I am impressed with the bike. The big tires ride very well, and the suspension is adjustable to your taste. The operation of the gears is smooth and the motor is quiet. Throttle response is a little sensitive for my taste, but the motor is powerful. The pedal assist works well and will keep you from slowing down on that one big hill. You do have to watch your balance: The seat is pretty far back and if you are leaning back and hit the throttle, the front wheel will come off of the ground. Battery: The battery is large capacity. I don't know the real life number yet as far as maximum miles per charge, but the top speed is lower than advertised: It is 20 mph. I'll have to wait and see how good the battery life is. Overall: I am very pleased with the bike so far. Everything but the tools seems to be high quality. Will it match up to a $5000 bike? Probably not, but for the money this bike was way better than I expected. Edit: The seat could use more padding! ... show more

Works great as advertised! Putting it together took a bit but overall was easy to do, instructions were simple and straightforward with pictures. The bike connected to the app so easily and smoothly! Remember it comes default class 2 which is only 20 mph. You need to unlock it in the app to class 3 to reach 30 mph. ... show more

I received my e-bike in a timely manner. Packaging was efficient and protected the product very well I chose to assemble it myself. The assembly instructions are sparse as is the video. Well made, everything worked after assembly. Only 1 problem the kick Stand is to long and bike is not stable. Recommend shorter stand by 1” to balance weight and lean over more. Otherwise I very pleased with the Bike.

I do believe this is a product I will eventually enjoy, and I’m excited to use it. However, I wanted to share my disappointment with the condition it arrived in. After assembling the bike, I attempted to take it for a ride but immediately noticed that the tire was flat. Thinking it simply needed air, I purchased an air pump and inflated the tire. Unfortunately, it would not hold the air and quickly went flat again. It appears that the bike may have been shipped with a damaged tire or inner tube. I called my local tire shop, and I was quoted $70 to replace the inner tube. This is understandably frustrating, especially considering the bike was a significant investment. It’s unfortunate that I have to incur an additional repair expense before I’ve even had the opportunity to enjoy my first ride. ... show more
