Customer service is awful and a waste of time. Wiring was bad on the scooter I received and there is no service shops that work on these. The top battery was junk. I'm not a review writer but I want to make sure people really think twice about buying this scooter. If you do look over everything and run with each battery hooked up separately to make sure they are good. They only take care of their customers for 30 days and the replacement batteries are $570. They are a throw away item if anytime goes bad. ... show more
