I previously owned an electric scooter and used it a lot, but the biggest issue was the fear of running out of battery. Once it dies, it becomes useless and you have to carry it back to a charging point. Instead of buying another scooter, I decided to switch to this electric bike. I really love the design. It looks more like a scooter than a traditional bike, which I prefer. It has a powerful 1000W motor and pedal assist, so you can still ride it using the pedals even if the battery runs low. Living in the city, driving a car is less practical due to traffic and parking costs, so a bike like this makes much more sense and saves money on parking. I’ve been using it for over a week now, and it’s been working very well. The bike is quite powerful. It arrived in a large box, so you may need help lifting it. Unboxing was easy, and it came mostly assembled. It took me about 20 minutes to get it ready to ride. I usually charge it overnight, which works perfectly for me. I would not recommend this bike or this company based on our experience. We started having problems immediately after assembling the bike. The screen never properly reflected that the battery was charging or showed an accurate charge status. I contacted customer service right away to report the issue and received absolutely no response. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. The kickstand repeatedly falls off, and now the chain has come off the bike as well. For a brand new bike, there have been far too many issues in a very short amount of time. What makes the experience even more disappointing is the lack of customer service. I reached out as soon as we discovered the first problem and gave the company an opportunity to address it. Instead, I received no response and was left dealing with additional problems as they continued to happen. At this point, I have serious concerns about the quality, design, and reliability of this bike. When you purchase a brand new product, you should not immediately be troubleshooting multiple problems, especially without any support from the company. This is the favorite attraction in our house, somewhere between a bicycle and a motorcycle, haha, but it's great! It's very fast and easy to assemble, about 20 minutes at most; the manual makes it user-friendly. I had a problem with one part, and the customer service was fabulous; they responded with the tracking number and sent the part quickly. The battery charges fast and lasts a long time. It's very comfortable and stable, and the frame looks very sturdy and high-quality. We're getting used to this bike at home, and we don't really push it to its speed limit, but it's great for both beginners and experts. It's been a perfect complement to our electric scooters. Both the 43-year-old and the 12-year-old use it easily. I would love it if it came with a cover included. ... show more

GREAT bike, bought one for me and then my wife bought one too. Speed max is 35 mph but riding too long on max speed drains battery faster than I would like. Digital speedometer is nice and I love the motorcycle style handle compared to thumb action acceleration. Im a bigger guy so the seat hurts my bottom when on long bike rides. bike seat needs more cushion lol 8/10 for me! ... show more

    • Poorly designed, why is pedaling a problem?
This is one of those “you get what you pay” kind of deals. Battery shows full but during acceleration especially when 20 mph and up battery only shows 1 bar it does that quite frequently. I’m also have problems pedaling comfortably. It seems like the pedals or the crank is positioned incorrectly. Adjusting the seat I find is very complicating. I dunno I live in California, and considering all the laws and questionable regulations it’s just not worth it! ... show more

Nothing but problems, throttle housing exploded in my hand, front tire came off mid ride causing injuries to my arms, and these people will NOT answer any requests for customer service. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE.

This bike is more than I expected and a time saver in the mornings commute to work. Nice smooth ride, great on pavement and street, putting it together was a snap as most of the bike came assembled. Very durable which I unfortunately found out due to an accident no worries I’m fine great for adults
