    • This is the one- Perfect trench!
After trying several other trench coats this is by far the one! I always read reviews so I’ll try & be informative. First, the fit, (I’m 5’5 144lbs 39x31x39, hourglass shape, athletic build with broad shoulders). I ordered the M. Perfect fit with extra room for a chunky sweater. The item is lined and comes with a hood that snaps on & is not overly cumbersome. I have yet to wear it, however it feels light enough for a 70 degree rainy day, yet warm enough for “chill to the bone” rainy days too. In colder months layered properly that is, you’d be fine. Belt is perfect length, and after tied/buckled, the bottom fabric is still somewhat fitted & doesn’t flare out with a lot of extra fabric, like a bell (a problem I found with many other trenches). There is no slit in the back. It has nice structure all around without feeling constricted. The shoulders and under the armpits are roomy, even though I have broad shoulders, as mentioned. Color- I got the grey, elegant & quite beautiful. It’s not too shiny but still has a slight sheen to it but not tacky or cheap looking. It will definitely enhance any outfit I own. I’m actually waiting on another from Amazon and know I’ll be returning it bc this is the one! Considering ordering another, worth the money on this item ladies. Hope this helped. ... show more

    • Buy a couple different sizes to compare fit
This is a beautiful coat. Color is vibrant! Workmanship and fabric is awesome. I saw other reviews about the hood being loose, but if you button it up as designed, it does seem to hold it in place better. I gave it four stars because sizing is off. I bought the XL as according to guide, but it was too short in sleeves and tight at bust. No way could I wear anything but a regular shirt underneath. (I am consistently a size large in every day clothes) XXL is loose enough to wear a thicker top, but I’ve lost a little weight and am worried how I will have to alter it when I get to weight goal. ... show more

I love this coat! It is well made with nice waterproof materiel. Very stylish, nice lines. The fit is true to size. If you plan on laying a thick sweater go up one size. Fits well. I got the 3XL. A bit tight around the bust and upper arms. But that's usually the case for me with most coats. Love the colour. I got it in red, and it is as vivid as photos show. Good quality. Good value for money. I recommend it.

This was at my third attempt to get a lightweight trench coat with a hood. I wanted something breathable not hot and sweaty like some raincoats are and of course I wanted it to fit. When it arrives the Navy was a beautiful color. It did have cheap black buttons. It had a satiny look to it so I believe that this is indeed was a raincoat but as soon as I put it on it was hot, not a breathable fabric. It was a little small for me and I believe it's because Amazon keeps recommending an XXL which is a misses size and I wear a woman size 1X or 2X. Review from Kaylee Joy: I’m 5’3”, 150-155lbs, larger chest 36DD, bought size LARGE. It’s very comfortable, nonrestrictive, I have room if I want to wear a sweater or sweatshirt. I could have gotten away with a medium, except for fitting of chest especially since I wanted to be able to layer clothing in the late fall and winter in Florida. Great material-not thin, not too heavy. Material doesn’t stick skin like a lot of rain gear, or feel sweaty. Hood is full coverage, which is perfect for Florida’s crazy weather. Color: Dark khaki/camel (goes great with my red hair) has beautiful BLACK buttons, not brown. Can dress the jacket up or dress it down, which is fabulous. The belt is REALLY long, have to double up, the only thing I don’t really like, but easy to deal with. Beautiful RAIN COAT!! 🩷 My advice is to get your size based on reviews.
