Why did you pick this product vs others?: I loved the look of this fan. Unfortunately, the mounting bracket is too big for the outlet box, so it will not work. Under support and troubleshooting, the setup instructions show an additional mounting bracket that the instructions that came with the fan does not show, nor was it included with the fan. Cannot return it, as the time window is past. No way to contact seller under support to ask about a replacement mount. ... show more

The fan works well and easy installation. Our only complaint, they didn’t ship additional screws (left out of box) so we had to go purchase them on our own since they did not respond and we didn’t have time to wait on them to come. More just annoying. Fan works great.
