The setup for all these sauna boxes are the same, so it's pretty straightforward even with the minimal instructions provided. It uses far-infrared heating panels, hence the pricing compared to regular dry saunas. One thing's for sure... it works. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. In total, it has five heat sources. The three far-infrared panels on the sides are the main ones, but then there's the red light up top, and the foot pad below which I believe also has the same elements as the panels. The pads can go up to 9 levels (I always use 9), and the footpad has two levels, low and high. I've seen it take 5-7 minutes to reach level 9, and upon entering, it takes between 10-15 minutes before I start sweating profusely. Think of it as preheating an oven. The chair provided is quite small, and was ultimately useless for me, so just use one of your own and hope it's waterproof. Additionally, the sauna box is NOT foldable at all, unless they meant to dismantle it. All that said, using it is quite comfortable, even allowing you to stand and adjust your body as needed. This company also sells a sauna blanket that works quite well, but this is better in the long run because of the freedom to move about. I definitely recommend this sauna box because of its infrared heating how effective it is once it gets going. To use it effectively, use as little clothing as possible... if you know what I mean. Just one piece is enough.

The media could not be loaded. Ok so at first I thought the red light was on all the panels. But the lower three panels are heating panels. The top is the only Red Light. With that said, The overhead Red light actually fills the area around you so your entire body can get the effects of it. Setting it up took about 45 mins and that was just one person putting it together might be a little faster with two people. It was easy to hang all three panels, just fasten them over the middle bar with the Velcro straps already attached to to all three panels. Then you just connect the bottom connectors to all three panels Your middle panel has two connectors and the other two have just the one connector. Really easy to do. The control panel is big and easy to read Oh you also have the foot pad warmer that you can connect to the control panel as well and there's enough line for everything at first I didn't think so but yeah it turns out there's enough line for everything even the cord to plug everything in. So your control panel is easy to read that controls your foot pad and the three heating pad you can control the temperature bring it up or bring it down for the foot pad and the three panels and you have a temperature gauge that goes into the first panel on the right so you can get an accurate reading of how hot it gets in the sauna. It's pretty durable I had to really pull it really tight over the frame I had a fear of it tearing but it did not so it's really durable durable.. It's got a little single person fold up chair for sitting on and it's pretty durable I weigh 175 and it held my weight just fine they keep in mind it is a smaller chair made for one person only. Overall I have spent probably about 25 minutes in it and it does get hot I know one sitting in it I'm not going to see any results right away I understand that But it does what it says it's supposed to do. I like it I would recommend it I think it's setting pretty decent value I've looked around to see what they run out there and this one's pretty decent as far as price goes It's fair I like it and me and my wife will be using it a lot.

This sauna is a step above others. It is easy to set up even though the instructions are a mess. The infrared heat source feels better and the red light is a really nice feature. It gets hot pretty quickly, I usually turn it on about 10 minutes before I want to get in and it’s ready to go. I will say the chair that’s included leaves something to be desired. I find myself relaxing more deeply and having a general better feeling of self when I use it regularly. It’s a bit more expensive than other home saunas but you’re really getting a better quality heat and the red light therapy.

I love this Far Infrared Sauna Box! It heats up quickly with the carbon crystal panels and feels really soothing. The red light therapy is a great bonus and makes each session even more relaxing. It’s surprisingly spacious for a portable sauna—I’m 5’9” and fit comfortably inside. After using it a few times, I already feel lighter, less bloated, and more energized. Definitely worth it!
