Got this in 2 days I love it. Set up was very easy, although instructions don't exactly specify where the holes are in the tent for the cords to come out. I watched a few of the videos and was able to find them, top right corner for the light, and under the power box Velcro for the main power cord. I did upgrade the chair to a bamboo shower one based on reviews of the chair that comes with it. I also ordered a bamboo floor mat to go over the foot mat, based on other reviews that the foot mat gets really hot. Either way both of these items helped to make the feel of the sauna feel more relaxing. I also placed a blanket on top of the tent to help retain the heat inside based on other reviews. The sauna heated up in about 15 minutes and it was ready to go. I was able to get a really good sweat because it got HOT! I am looking forward to coming home after work to sit in it and melt the work day stress away. I love that it fits perfectly in a corner of my bedroom and that it is portable so that I can take it with me on vacations. This is a must for me and I know I will be using it 3-4 times a week, as well as my family.

I'm really enjoying my sauna box! A few tips for fellow buyers: 1. Easy setup: It was simple to install right out of the box. 2. Location: Just make sure you have a dedicated room to keep it set up. 3. Comfort: I highly recommend putting a bath towel over the chair and foot mat for extra comfort and sweat absorption. 4. Hydration: If you plan on staying in for more than 20 minutes, definitely bring a cup of water in with you. Overall, a great purchase.

The sauna works pretty well. There is a noticeable heat on/off cycle but it's not too bad. The little folding chair is terrible, though - broke after maybe a half dozen uses.

1/18/26 UPDATE: In order to get the temp above 120 degrees F, I’ve moved the temp sensor outside of the zippered door, and have also added a down sleeping bag over the outside of the unit to insulate it more. It looks like a hot mess, but eventually it does get to about 130 degree. That was easier than taking it apart and returning the unit. Original Review: Disappointed in the quality and the lack of heat output. It advertises the temp will get up to 140 degrees F, however this unit only got up to 80 degrees F. I even pre-heated it at the max heat level (9) and there was little change, even when it preheated for 20 minutes prior to using it. The zippers are also cheaply made and you need to be very careful using them, as it feels like they will rip open any time they are moved. You can see right thru them while sitting inside. The size of the unit is fine and I’m 5’-10”. There isn’t a customer service contact directly for the unit since it’s made in China, so there’s no way to figure out what’s wrong with the unit. Amazon tried to help, but couldn’t speak to an actual resolution. If anyone else out there knows how to fix this unit, please let me know. It will be a pain to package it back up and return it.
